The folks that changed out the battery in my 2021 F150 were awesome. It was a challenging battery to replace and they changed it while maintaining a very friendly attitude. I hope their supervisor recognizes the value of these 2 employees. I readily recommend them.
Cal White and his staff went above and beyond today and yesterday for me. I heard a noise under my hood. My battery light came on. I asked my phone the closest auto parts store to go to. I went to advanced auto in Manning, South Carolina and Cal White, who happened to be the manager, and whowho was talking to a local police officer.. I said sorry fellas but I just broke down. Can you help me I need help for an alternator can you recommend anyone local who can help me, Cal said it’s after 6 o’clock at night On Friday, however but I’ll see what I can do. He called around called TOBY Parker on the phone …West Manning Auto, Manning, South Carolina. TOBY lined up his mechanic to meet me at 7:30 in the morning to help me with my alternator, which Cal had to order and have his driver meet me at 7:30 as well at TOBY‘s auto repair shop. Everything turned out perfectly and as a result, it was a serpentine belt that needed to be replaced again Cal White help me out again from advanced Auto. What a superhero I cannot be more blessed to have the opportunity to be his friend 10 stars for anyone in Manning, South Carolina go to advanced auto parts see Cal White.
Had not to good customer service. Young lady ask what I was there for which was windshield wiper blades she look up sizes but then told me pick some out she didn't even come from behind the counter to help me get right ones not even tell me size. She finally came over walked me out side not sure if she was new she had a hard time putting blades on a customer had to finish putting wiper blades on she didn't have good customer service not to Friendly's none of them on that shift noon time. My father in-law was given the wrong stuff and when I called I was given audited and put on hold for 20 minutes I finally hung up taking the stuff back now and will never shop there again
The young lady wasn't friendly at all and acted as if she didn't want to be there. I purchase windshield wipers and ended up getting my money back and went to AutoZone. Poor customer service !!!
Normally when I come to this Advance Auto I gets pretty good customer service. However on this particular day it was raining very badly and 3 cashiers were standing outside conversing while the one guy on the inside working by himself. The guy was very nice. He asked " was anyone helping me. This lead me to believe that he was not working alone. I went outside to my car, but I forgot something so I went back in and they were still conversing and not taking care of a customer. This was so unprofessional. I will not be returning to this Advance Auto
They are always very helpful and patient with me. I'm that costumer that knows nothing and end up having 3 way conversation with person working on my car while I'm there. It's always clean. They are always friendly. If they don't have in stock usually they get it pretty quickly. Been going to this actual store since about 2015
My experience with the sales rep. My man Jeff could not have been better! Jeff was very helpful upbeat informative. Prices are about the same also the quality. But the experience great! Jeff I will c u soon. Thanks !
Looked up a part online to make sure that they had it but when I got to the store not only did they not have it but the part was at a different store carquest thanks alot advance
Always quick good service, my store location of choice, I mostly order online, I only buy car parts the other stuff is higher than Walmart, but if u take in account of your speed perks an credit card cash back along with job discounts like perk spot or email deals, u automatically beat the system an come out cheaper than Walmart, or maybe ust make a trip to both.

They install batteries and test free. Wiper blades. Dido. Fimd hard to find parts.
THEY help you.you tell them what's going on with your car and they help. Went there last week to have my battery tested it was dead. THey put a New battery in my car . Installed it right on the spot. Very nice people work there. THEY make sure you get Great Service. This where I take my car !!!! Love this place
Was having battery starting problems. Also, had my infant son in the car. Called the store and they had a battery analyzer and tools waiting for me. Baby didn't leave my sight. Found out the battery was bad changed it on the spot and carried off. Super helpful.
A wonderful shop, they not only tell me what I need, but they come out to the car to help me figure out what I need.
