I needed a tow right off of 526 @ Clements Ferry to West Ashley. I was quoted $340.00. The next towing service I called towed my auto for 152,00. Not everyone around here screws you.

Having your car break down is never a good way to spend your evening, but if you do experience it call Elite! From the lady who answered the phone to the tow driver my experience with Elite was top notch! Quentin, the driver was the friendliest, kindest and most personable tow driver. I highly recommend.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They are a rip off who doesn’t care about the customers and more so about the money. I called in with dispatch and agreed to a preauthorization on my card to be charged for 3 hours of labor. The tow driver was there 3 hours. I check account and was charged for 4 hours. Given they didn’t call me to go over final amount before charging. This normally happens with any road side business.
When I call to dispute they stated that I was charged more time based on driver leaving shop and getting home. I stated I was never told that and not given a breakdown of how charges are calculated before agreeing to authorization. Just was told the labor rate hr I will be precharged for. This company gives no good information before charging you nor do they call before final charge. All he told me was that they charge everyone that way. I stated that conversations are recorded and he could go back and listen to my dispatch call which I wasn’t told relevant information. He said calls are recorded but he wasn’t about to check that now.
I was charged over $220 more than I should have. Obviously this has happened before with them. Now I have to go through my card company and also legal action with this. It’s more the principal than the money. I will also share this information among as many platforms as possible and around Charleston area.

Owner Operators Beware of these crooks!!. When the driver was hooking up to my semi the price was $575 to go 5 miles, but when i showed up the next morning to get my truck from there yard the price went to $1775.
I never agreed to the amount they charged. They stated they would let me know an amount, but never did. Said getting the credit card was “too hold the tow”. They ended up charging twice the normal rate of a tow. I now have to try to get the money back from my credit card company, which is a hassle.
Avoid these crooks. Just Tow Truck Pirates who think they can charge whatever they want & then lie about it.
Take my advice call another company & get the tow amount in writing before you provide a credit card number.
Believe It! The service is in the name “Elite.” First, the dispatcher was pleasant, patient, professional & sounded like she “wanted” to help in comparison to a couple others I tried. She asked questions to make sure I had checked out every option possible to get the best possible price with or w/out insurances. That’s going the extra mile. And Ethan was great, polite, professional & even gave us a few tips to help prevent flat tires in the future. Paul was great as well. They’re definitely ELITE!
They did the job but I would NEVER use them again. $650 for an 8 mile tow. They are crooks. Truck with Empty flatbed trailer. Avoid if at all possible.
Staffs Attitude gives racial/ moody type vibes. I’m calling for an emergency on their behalf and they seemed careless to want to know what was going on until I matched their energy with rudeness. It was 2 stars but I’m making it 1 because the driver is just as careless and rude as the Staff was to me.
ZERO out of 10 . DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wouldnt use this company unless you’re a fan of your car having a bunch of brand new, random issues the very next day & speaking with unprofessional employees and an even more unprofessional OWNER! i will never use this company again.
I called them at 2:33am last night while on I-526 east bridge in Charleston. I needed a front end lift on my 65,000 pound truck to get the stabilizers back in position that popped out. They told me the driver should be there no later than 1.5hrs. One hour and fifteen minutes later he was there and did the job. Plus put down sta-dry for the hydraulic leak. Great job, punctual and professional!! Thank you and we will definitely call again when we need help.
Ward was excellent at getting my 26 foot box truck safely for repairs. His professionalism brings great credit to Elite. They were fast even in early morning rush hour

One of our semi trailers had slid down into a ditch, Elite Towing was very quick to respond and get to the scene. They worked quickly to get our trailer out and back onto the road with no problems. The guys were great to work with and very reasonable on price! Our company highly recommends these guys!
RIP OFF. TOWED FOR 3 MILES...TOOK DRIVE SHAFT APART AND COULDN'T PUT BACK TOGETHER...THEN CHARGED ALMOST $400. GOOD LUCK WITH THESE GUYS. I used a competitor towing service to tow truck from Wando to Summerville shop and received a more professional service and more mileage for $150 less. So thanks again.
Outstanding response and service from Elite Towing and specifically by Moose, our tow truck driver. He was very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. We have a Kenworth we pull a 45’ fifth wheel with and Moose went out of his way to make sure he didn’t damage any of our equipment. Our roadside assistance company kept trying to send us tow trucks that were not capable of pulling our setup. Luckily one of the other tow companies recommended I call Elite Towing. I spoke with Paul initially and he knew exactly what we needed and got a truck to us quicker than the time he quoted. I would highly recommend Elite Towing for any heavy duty towing needs.
We had an issue arise with a delivery in Charleston. I needed someone to help tow a trailer to offload and return the trailer for a driver who wasn't fully honest about being a US Citizen. Everyone I spoke to recommended Elite Towing to help me. Nicole was so patient and helpful with my original call. The dispatch called this morning prior to arrival to keep me up to date on how things were going. I couldn't asked for an easier company to work with! They helped me resolve this issue with professionalism and understanding. I'm very grateful for their help!
After my truck broke down, my company left me sitting in the road for over 2 hours before they even called any tow services. They finally sent me a confirmation number that they called this company and I was called within five minutes with an ETA. Considering how displeased I was with my own company for the way they handled the situation, it means a lot that I was smiling by the end of the night thanks to Elite Towing. Not only did they confirm details with me and address the situation accordingly, the driver arrived before the ETA I was given and even gave me a ride to a hotel. Absolutely phenomenal job by this crew. I hope to never have to call for a class A tow again but if/when I do, I hope I get to deal with you or companies who share your values and commitment to outstanding customer service.
Well the last time I used Elite Towing I was pleased with the service but this time was different. They quickly towed my vehicle but after was more concerned with making more money rather than providing up front, honest service. Jus say I expected better.
Was picked up today by you all in St George. I think my operators name was Matt, but awesome,amazing, and best tow ever doesn't begin to cover it. He had the truck I was driving hooked up in minutes, and we were on the road home. Not a dull moment and turned a horrible day into a good one! Thanks man!
