I recently had a pickup at this Napa location. As I entered the store, a gust of wind caused the door to slam open, which was entirely beyond my control. Upon approaching an employee named Lopez, I was met with a surprisingly negative attitude. I was there to pick up two heavy batteries and a box of bolts and nuts, and instead of a smile or any assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude. She simply pointed me toward the items and returned to her computer.
It's incredibly disappointing when an employee's attitude detracts from the overall customer experience. Lopez's behavior not only made my visit unnecessarily unpleasant but also reflects poorly on Napa as a whole. A little courtesy goes a long way, and it's disheartening to encounter such negativity, especially when I was simply there to pick up an order. It's important to remember that customers are not responsible for external factors like a gust of wind, and there's no excuse for treating someone with rudeness or indifference when they've done nothing to warrant it.
Thankfully, another employee noticed my struggle and offered a cart to help with the heavy load, which was greatly appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. This act of kindness highlighted the stark contrast between employees and further underscored the disappointment caused by Lopez's unprofessional conduct. I hope Napa addresses this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve.
Mr. Ed was very professional and helpful. I had a part that was shipped to me with a greasy used box and unwrapped part that did not match what I ordered. He was able to get me a refund and advised me about being careful with online purchases. I greatly appreciated his help.
I am a woman who called about her battery dying in all this rain that I brought in october to tell me i need to bring the battery in to get tested i just got a jump from my insurance company and you still want to give me ahard tine 200 for a battery .. you guys suck i would never in life recommend or come in there again.. i really hate men who don’t do right by women.. do the shop her on rivers in charleston
The guys were great to work with. My Kia has a unique Rotor for my model and while the other guys website didn't catch it which led me to buy the wrong rotor and pads, the Napa guys knew right away. I should have just went to Napa first.
Richie is fast, very professional and I know I can depend on him when we need something quickly. I am continually impressed with the service from this location
I had a battery that had a broken coil, and was under warranty. The receipt was all the way across town. They remembered me coming in 2 months before and pushed the warranty through. They even took the time to print duplicate receipts. Thanx Napa
