I called for a tow and was met with an attitude immediately. Out of desperation, I remained on the phone.. After the 5th sigh from the guy and feeling like I was causing a huge inconvenience, I told him to have a good rest of his day and that I was going to call another company. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but not a good way to treat customers — especially ones who are stranded looking for help. I called another company and they came straight out.
David from Dooley Towing was amazing. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my engine, kept me updated throughout the drop-off, and was overall incredibly helpful. I loved working with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
they have very reasonable rates. customer service was fantastic. And driver (David) that came out was also very helpful. when we told him what the car was doing he knew right away what the problem was. He showed her and told her how to fix it and what part she will need. He even looked up the part for her and got the price of the part for her. David saved her a lot of aggravation and money. She will be able to fix it herself. He made you feel like a real friend. Thanks David. I will always recommend Dooleys Towing and I will also tell everyone to ask if David could be the one to help them.

I called late evening for towing service Elliott came conveniently fast!!! He even tried to help me crank my vehicle from what he thought my problem was. Nonetheless he loaded me up and helped me out tremendously. Highly recommend

Great service!! Called when they were in their way. David even checked my car to see if the alternator seemed to be the problem. He sent me pictures that my car arrived at the shop. Seems like he really cared about doing his job correctly and also very nice. It was nice to see that he cared not to damage my car. Highly recommend!
Brad was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. In addition to doing an excellent job towing my car, he also kindly drove me to the repair shop and then took me back to my office. If everyone was as conscientious in their work as Brad, the world would be a much happier place!

I had a blow out on my camper and was in a precarious location. They promised to get there within 30 minutes (and beat that time) and fixed me up quickly and professionally.
I looked up towing companies on google map’s and they were the first to pop up. I texted and within a short time he responded and my car was picked up. I needed him again to move my car to crews Chevrolet and just like the first time, responded and moved it. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is needing a tow or other services offered by them. My driver was great.
I have never had a flat tire in 35 years of driving, but the other day my teenage daughter blew a tire at the 526/26 interchange and was scared. Yaz got there before SHEP, got her pulled out of a dangerous spot and texted me when she was safely at Gerald’s. He was so kind, helpful and calming. He also told me insurance should reimburse the tow and talked to the insurance company. Thanks so much Yaz!
Stranded in SC. Yaz responded quickly on a Sunday, was professional and courteous. Had issues with bottoming out van on previous occasion when towing. Yaz used his skill and experience to load the rv up without any issues. Would highly recommend this company
