We were stranded in the middle of the median on Savannah Highway and Seph came quicker than we were expecting to tow our vehicle. This was all taking place around 4-5 in the morning and while we were waiting on the Uber driver to arrive Seph let us wait in the truck with him since it was raining. Thank you for making this bad experience better!

The tow truck arrived quickly and the driver, Josue, did a great job communicating with me about his arrival. He did an amazing job getting the car loaded as it was a full parking lot without a lot of room to maneuver. My car was treated very carefully as if it were his own. Very happy with the service and Josue was truly wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
Thank God for this bunch. I called to see about getting my Pete 579 jumped because the batteries were DEAD DEAD DEAD. I CALLED AND THEY GAVE ME THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE!!!! The people were friendly, fast, and a pleasure to work with. Josue was the man!! He was very friendly and helpful. The jump box he brought wasn't quite strong enough so he went into the truck stop and bought some cables to run from his truck for and extra boost.

Horrible tow company and terrible customer service. These clowns towed my vehicle which was my fault and left my spoiler hanging by a bolt. Even after sending them pictures of the damage they are quick to say it wasn’t them and there not liable. Accountability goes a long way and these company are quick to collect the money for you car but not so quick to have accountability for there own mess. Make sure you inspect ur stuff if these guys tow u.
I was stuck in deep sand and couldn't get myself out. After struggling for a bit, Josue showed up and asked if I needed help. As soon as I explained, he ran to grab straps from his truck without hesitation. Before I knew it, he had me pulled out. I can’t thank him enough for turning a stressful situation into no problem at all. Super helpful and kind — truly went above and beyond when he didn’t need too.
Listen, this is the best tow company in the Low country. I went down with a bad tire, reached out and they had someone on the way within the minute. Excellent customer service as well. Can’t get any better. Josue was my representative, represents the company well!

I had a last minute car issue on I-26 car broke down on me and I had a friend recommend Excluxx called them and they were excellent customer service and quick 20 min they arrived and took my car would call them again anytime
I was heading home on I-26 and heard an awful noise from my car. I pulled over close to the Ashley Phosphate exit to check my tires and to try and find out where the noise was coming from.
Traffic was crazy. An EC Luxx truck pulled in behind me. It was myself (77 year old female) and my Cousin (57 year old female). A very nice young man got out of his truck to render aid. His name was Josue (Josuc). It was myself Splash Sheild that had come loose making all the noise. He was able to take it off the rest of the way. Then he proceeded to get out in all that traffic and stop the traffic in one lane for me to get out.
He was my Hero that day. Everyone else just flew on by me not offering any help.
Bless this young man for stopping.

I called Elite Towing 1st a company I’ve used in the past (assuming my tow would have been $300+ anyway) why not stick with what I know right?! WRONG! So not only would I have had 2hr wait but the fee would’ve been $355. I called this company on the 3rd try and not only was the cost EXTREMELY affordable ($120) but my tow driver was estimated to arrive roughly within 45min but he got there in 10min. I swear by the time I hung up from the dispatch he was there. Needless to say, not only am I a repeat customer if ever I need a tow again but I am telling EVERYBODY to use them. Even if there is a wait it is worth it considering the cost and the great customer service

Just had to post. Tonight I got my Suv stuck on a dirt road around 1040pm. Found ECLuxx on line and Preston showed up with a flatbed and with some skillfull work got me cleard. We discovered that my battery died.He tried for an hour to get me started but no go. Preston went back to the shop and got another jump box, came back. He spent almost 2 hrs and made sure I was good.

I blew a tire Friday afternoon, and Josue made an otherwise stressful situation pleasant and easy to manage. He called to introduce himself to me and gave me an estimated time of arrival, and I was able to view on a map where he was and when I could expect him, which made me feel safe and put my mind at ease. He was quick in getting the car onto the tow truck and even assisted me when we arrived to the dealership. Excellent communication skills and a lovely personality. Josue went above a beyond! I broke down last night at 9:30pm. My front tire seized up I was able to limp my car off the main road and barely out of traffic to not be hit. I used my roadside assistance and they dispatched this company. Two hours later (which I understand it takes a minute for the tow to get to you) a driver showed up with a suv already on his vehicle, he was in the middle of a tow. He told me he needed me to move my vehicle so he could drag it to the tow destination. I told him I couldn’t drive it that’s why I called for a tow. He told me to go home ( I’m assuming walk home at now 11:30 at night in the dark but hey I’m just a woman who called someone for help) and he’d be back after he dropped off the current vehicle he had. I told him I didn’t want to leave my car unattended and I would wait. An hour and half later I was still sitting there. Thankfully the police came and got me a tow.
Absolutely horrible service and just plain disgraceful.
We broke down at a busy intersection. Josue happened to be driving by. He stopped, asked if we needed help. Immediately, he got to work, stopped traffic, got us lifted, drove us to our destination. Without hesitation, Josue helped us, no questions asked. True dedication.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a tow company. Last night, my car stopped on an exit ramp on I-26. While I was in the midst of a panic, one of the drivers from this company stopped behind me and offered me help immediately. I didn’t catch his name. He was kind, worked fast, and helped ease my mind when it came to the car. We had a great conversation on the way back to my destination too. The price of the tow was great compared to other companies I’ve seen. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
Called when my engine idled out by the very busy Spinx light intersection on Ashley phosphate. Josue called promptly and let me know his ETA. He pulled around very quickly while at the intersection and had me steer my car up the ramp. Especially hard finding a tow truck that can take low to the ground vehicles. Glad it worked out and he took me to the shop down the road. Great and personable guy. Definitely recommended using this company for a much less stressful tow experience.
I asked the community for tow recommendations and reached out to Hugh for an estimate. My truck needed to go a shop 23 miles away. I disclosed with Hugh my other estimates and he was able to give me the cheapest rate out there! One quote was $185 dollars more! He was very professional and was even able to accommodate my payment with Apple Pay. I had faith with paying even before the tow truck arrived. Nick was the driver and when he showed up he got the truck loaded and secured very quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hugh and Josue were the best!!! I had a really dead battery and these two fellows had to jack up the rear tires to move the car forward out of the garage. They were the greatest!! They worked together exceptionally well and I would use them again anytime.
I dont know where to start. My family and I live in Tennessee and came down to South Carolina to go fishing for the weekend. On our return trip to head home our vehicle broke down with our boat on the trailer. We called AAA and they gave us a 2 hour eta. When they arrived they didn't have the proper equipment to transport our boat, so they had to send another truck which gave us another 2 hour eta. Shortly after another tow truck driver approached us and asked if we needed help. We told him yes. This young man by the name of JJ contacted his boss and give him the run down about our situation and had leave and swap out his tow truck for a bigger one to accommodate my family and transport the boat. He beat AAA back got us loaded up and took us back home to Tennessee that same night. JJ did a hell of job transporting my vehicle and boat. He took his time with us.
