We were stranded in the middle of the median on Savannah Highway and Seph came quicker than we were expecting to tow our vehicle. This was all taking place around 4-5 in the morning and while we were waiting on the Uber driver to arrive Seph let us wait in the truck with him since it was raining. The tow truck arrived quickly and the driver, Josue, did a great job communicating with me about his arrival. He did an amazing job getting the car loaded as it was a full parking lot without a lot of room to maneuver. My car was treated very carefully as if it were his own. Very happy with the service and Josue was truly wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
Listen, this is the best tow company in the Low country. I went down with a bad tire, reached out and they had someone on the way within the minute. Excellent customer service as well. Can’t get any better. Josue was my representative, represents the company well!
