  if it's 4 in the morning, be prepared to wait 30 minutes before anyone is even told to come get you. my and my partner's tire blew out, we called this company, we were told that someone would be sent our way shortly, waited 30 minutes, gave them another call, and found out from the lady on the phone that the driver who was contacted did not wake up for the call. we waited 30 minutes for someone who wasn't on the way yet, and the lady on the phone clearly didn't check to make sure he was awake after he didn't answer her call. he was 6 minutes away from us the whole time. called again to refute the $216 charge it would cost us and the most they could take off was $20. any chance i get i will tell people to avoid this company at all costs.

  These guys are pretty good at being affordable and not letting you know that you might be an inconvenience like Turks towing or any other outfit in Charleston. 100 bucks is better than 140. They treat you with respect and understanding. Thank you Charlie and the rest of Herbie's outfit. Will do business again. Hopefully not considering a vehicle is down for the count. Haha.
