I was towed by this company for being parked in the fire lane although I was upset I was wrong. The company was a wonderful company he had the driver bring the car back and gave me a discount. I have been towed by other companies and no one company has ever been understanding like chiefs towing. If you are parked in a tow zone it's not the company fault. Wonderful company all around.
If you ever get towed, or need to be towed, this is the place you want to deal with. Bobby was kind, empathetic, and willing to work with us in our time of unexpected difficulties. No one wants to be towed, but if you are this is the man you want to do it. He couldn’t have been more helpful during our circumstances. I wish there were more than 5 stars. He was superb. Truly wish I could give zero stars. I was parked in a 10 minute pick up zone while picking up my pre-ordered food and they attempted to tow my car that was running AND with my dog inside the car. Animal control and the police were notified for follow up repercussions of their careless actions. This company put my animal’s life in danger so I would highly recommend against using them for your towing needs.
Cheif's towing took my car with my dog in it. They did not check to even see if my dog was in there. When it came to doing the right thing? $20 off. You traumatized my dog and had zer remorse. Absolutely terrible people and a terrible business. I will continue to slander you until you make this right.
Bad company pull my car while it was running wasn’t even in the house for about 5 minutes car was pulled while running if anything goes wrong with my engine I am going to sue your company for it

Rennie was great! I broke down in a pretty awkward spot off the Mark Clark and picked Cheifs because it was really just the first that came up in my search. Rennie arrived faster than expected and we had good conversation on our drive. 100% will call for Rennie if I have car problems again.

We needed assistance towing our vehicle out of a parking garage. We waited for a tow from 6pm on a Wednesday until 11 am Thursday when, fortunately for us, Chief's was the Tow Service to respond to help us!! This man is an absolute legend. The best thing I've seen all day, the highlight of my night. My car crapped out inside of a parking garage and wouldn't start. Tried everything, called AAA three times, they couldn't help me. Had to get my baby towed since they were clueless about the issue. Called at least 10 companies, including JG, Turky's, Jenning's and etc. Not one could help or wanted to deal with my situation. Until this absolute trooper of a man said he could. I was so excited, I was stuck there for hours and missed work. My car is very low to the ground, and that man maneuvered my car off the 4th floor like an absolute champ. I was driving behind him, and he was avoiding the potholes to not scratch my bumper. The gentlest driver, my god. If I need towing again (I hope this was my first and last time), I'm not calling anybody else besides this company. He really helped me out tonight, and I'm so very thankful. If I can go beyond 5 stars, I would.
While driving up rivers, I hit a pot hole and my tire rod snapped. I called Chiefs and within 10 minutes my car was being towed home. Thankyou for being so fast and efficient. You were a life saver!
I called this company at 1.00 today to get a quote on towing my car they were much cheaper than my insurance company because I did not have towing on my insurance.My car was delivered with in 1 hour.This company is the first and ONLY place to handle your towing issues.The guy which I did not get his name was extremely professional,and very down to earth,he made me feel secure not only for my sack but for my car.
Chief just saved the day! He came and picked up my truck that needed towing within 30 minutes when AAA and a few other towing companies couldn’t make it to me for hours. Super professional, personable and all-around good guy. His prices are also better than any other companies out there.

I broke down in a not-so-safe area of town and didn’t know who to call, I reached out to chiefs towing and I was being picked up and on the way home within thirty minutes. Quickest tow service I’ve ever received to date. Also very reasonable pricing and friendly throughout the ride, if you ever find yourself needing a haul make sure to call Chiefs!
After waiting 2 hours for a different service through my insurance I decided to call here. He came in 30 minutes on the dot and was extremely helpful and professional.
