I was towed by this company for being parked in the fire lane although I was upset I was wrong. The company was a wonderful company he had the driver bring the car back and gave me a discount. I have been towed by other companies and no one company has ever been understanding like chiefs towing. If you are parked in a tow zone it's not the company fault. Wonderful company all around.
If you ever get towed, or need to be towed, this is the place you want to deal with. Bobby was kind, empathetic, and willing to work with us in our time of unexpected difficulties. No one wants to be towed, but if you are this is the man you want to do it. He couldn’t have been more helpful during our circumstances. I wish there were more than 5 stars. He was superb. Quickest and cheapest tow service ever! Not only that, but the driver was able to easily get my car out of our driveway gate (on a tight side street) with no issues. I was really blow away. Highly recommend!
Rennie was great! I broke down in a pretty awkward spot off the Mark Clark and picked Cheifs because it was really just the first that came up in my search. Rennie arrived faster than expected and we had good conversation on our drive. 100% will call for Rennie if I have car problems again.

Best price for after hours for sure! Pleasant communication, even offered a mechanic trick to get my car started, didn't work called him back and he was quick. Cash payment was easiest best way to pay. Would differently use again!

Chief just saved the day! He came and picked up my truck that needed towing within 30 minutes when AAA and a few other towing companies couldn’t make it to me for hours. Super professional, personable and all-around good guy. His prices are also better than any other companies out there.

After waiting 2 hours for a different service through my insurance I decided to call here. He came in 30 minutes on the dot and was extremely helpful and professional.
