David was very patient, polite and on time. He was able to get my wifes car out of the charleston airport parking garage. Will call Hawk again if we need a tow in the future.
Such a positive experience with this company when my car battery died while I was at work. They arrived on time, quickly loaded my car, dealt with frustrating Charleston traffic, but still were incredibly professional and helpful. We would call them again!!
This guy left me high and dry (didn’t finish my towing need). I’ve been having the frustration of my life with this car and this guy didn’t have grace for my frustration and walked, left my car 2miles away from where I needed it
Excellent service! Unfortunately our Wrangler Unlimited engine was failing and they were out to handle our tow quickly. Very thorough and professional, took care with our vehicle both loading and unloading, price was very fair. Highly recommend them.

I went to the place to pick up items from my car, that was well damaged. Total destruction of that beloved small Japanese. I met DJ a great guy, very simpathetic. We got a nice conversation about life in a trashy looking yard. Is not a kind of business, that people commonly visit. Anyway, I drop this review, cause I felt like I knew this cool DJ.
I was treated with disrespect by tow worker David C. Ferrara today. He argued with me and was very condescending to say the least. It’s not ok to make assumptions about someone based on your preconceived notions . I spoke to a manager named named DJ to voice my concern. Long story short, no one cared how I was being treated or talked to. This service is not one that I would recommend to anyone at all unless you like to be disrespected. They absolutely do not appreciate your business, so don’t give it to them.
Great company! I had a delivery truck break down out of town and the people at Hawk Towing helped me out by storing my truck until Monday and dropping it off at the dealer. I really appreciate an honest company that is trying to help people.
My car had a tire blow out on the side of the 526. They quoted me an hour before they could get anyone to me. Thirty minutes later, they call back and say their flatbed broke down and they cant get anyone to give me a tow. I wouldnt call them if you need help. Very unreliable!
Great service and fast. I got into deep mud with a big truck with a big boat on a trailer. 40 inch mud tires and front and rear lockers, so I was REALLY stuck. They brought the right equipment the first time and had me out less than an hour after I called. Dispatcher and driver were both friendly and helpful.
My alternator decided to go out while I was running errands! After calling my boyfriend to help, he called around and Hawk Services had the shortest wait time and actually arrived sooner than they had stated! My Murano was parked oddly and MJ, our driver, ended up getting stuck in wet grass trying to position the truck to rescue my car. His diligence and patience made the wait worthwhile and I highly recommend their services! Thank you MJ and company!
So, as embarassed as I am to admit this, I drove into a ditch. After a 17 minute toddler- like crying fit, I paid the towing company "Hawks Services Towing" who brought my vehicle to my home in one piece and made me feel less like an idiot for making such a mistake. Reviews Matter!!! I literally broke down half a block from another tow company that had terrible reviews. I didn’t want to trust my beloved car with anyone so I called Hawk towing and was promptly assisted. “Super” Dave was awesome and I even used them next day for a tow to the dealership. David is very kind, very approachable. I have dealt with other towing company where they just pick up the vehicle and can careless how they hook it up. David on the other hand was very friendly. He cares about the well being of the vehicle and is very cautious when hooking them up to the truck. Thank you david will definitely keep using guys.
Made an appointment and was able to get other help instead. When I called to cancel the attendant was very rude! I’m sure they would be a great company just need help with customer service!
I broke down on the interstate at 11 at night. They had me taken care of within the hour. The tow truck driver was polite and careful with my vehicle. I will recommended them to everyone I can!
Tow truck driver is very careless and wreckless. He pulled out in front of a whole group of cars on Rivers Ave Feb. 10 2016 @ 7:15 PM. Then did 80 mph down Rivers Ave. Very dangerous!! Do not call these people to have ANYTHING towed. Call a reputable towing company like Jennings.
Hawks Towing of North Charleston has the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!! My sister was in an accident yesterday (yes she's ok thankfully) and they got her car 1. the person answering the phone is rude af and when you call to ask their exact location, bc they have no sign at the road or on the building, he decides to give you a geography lesson instead 2. The lady in the office is an evil witch clearly my sister told you when you opened the door that she is terrified of dogs...this lady decides to let the dogs run around in the office and when we go to the gate to get all her stuff out the car the 2 dogs are running at us and barking so we ask her to do something she goes oh they won't hurt you, how the hell do we know that if they chasing us and barking but if what one of them was to get kicked it would be a problem. Then gonna say well ma'am your on my property....that's besides the point as long as you have her car she's a customer or whatever you want to call it....it's too early them and their whole establishment has me heated...never do business with these people!!!!!! I wish is could give them 0 stars
