Mike is unprofessional and rude with a short temper. After I was given a ride after asking nicely, Mike was rude with me all way to my address. After towing my car he damaged the front rear because of his neglectance on my car and then mocked me afterwards taking photos. I addressed the issue of his rude demeaner to Caitlyn and she did not address it to the manager Michael. I have never witnessed so much inhumane treatment in my life until I encountered Mike because of his ugly behavior towards me. My car may be totaled my life is better than yours, especially with that rude attitude.
I needed towed from an accident. They had my leave my keys in my vehicle and I was able to leave the scene and go home. Not long after I arrived home was my car there as well. It was a very easy process and payment and I was good to go! Highly recommend.

My car broke down at an intersection. And after trying to have it jump twice, I finally decided to call a towing company. I called this company because it was closer to my home. I had to get my Buick towed so I called a couple of places but Crowder's was the cheapest and wouldn't be surprised if they have the best service as well. I followed behind and can say they drive safely. I had a flat tire as well and he filled it with air too. Mike was the one who towed my car and he was quick and efficient. After my spare tire blew on the side of the highway, I called Houston Crowders Wrecker Service and spoke with Ernie. Needed a tow on a saturday. They were earlier than estimated and charged a fair price. Mike was the driver and was friendly and professional. Then needed another tow monday morning. They were able to accommodate me and again Mike was friendly and professional.

Mike at Houston Crowder towing went out of his way to help me! I had been stuck for 7 hours on a Saturday and everyone was to busy to help. Ernie was AWESOME!!! Came before ETA and communicated his status throughout arrival. Also went far beyond expectation by making sure my car was ready for repairs at the shop where it was towed. Very informative and friendly young man. Really enjoyed the experience.

Brandon was great. He called to let me know he'd be arriving in 30-45 minutes and he arrived right on time. He was careful with my vehicle, friendly and helpful. My vehicle made it to the repair shop with no problems.The price for towing was reasonable. I'd definitely use them again if I ever need another tow.

I was on vacation with my family and impaled my driver side rear tire with, believe it or not, a 5/8" drill bit laying in the road on I 26 in Charleston. Obviously didn't see it, anyone missing this drill bit I still have it. At home in Virginia I have many contacts so no worries, in Charleston I know nobody. Not having a spare, I began to google tire centers and towing in the area, and came up with quite a few including AAA service towing. After calling the first 5 numbers for towing I began to get worried. The wait time was 2-3 hours. My next call was a life saver. Mike answered the phone from Houston Crowder's Wrecker and I proceeded to explain my situation. He said Frank, I'm on my way to lunch, but I can come get you. I am not kidding about this next statement, but within literally 5 minutes this rollback pulls up in front of me and you guessed it, it was Mike. I asked him if I could help and he said nope, "I have the AC on in the cab, just get in and we'll be on our way shortly". In 5 minutes we were on our way. As I said earlier, I have many contacts at home including a friend I call my car whisperer. From flat tire to new tire I was done in less than an hour give or take. Even at home in my element I doubt it would have been that FAST. I want to send a personal THANK YOU to Mike. You are the man!!
Gave them a call , thry quoted me a time and price and came ontime like they said. Mike showed, Offered to check out my car before the actual tow.
