I took my vehicle here after blowing a tire. These guys got me back on the road at a great price and were all polite and professional.

I took my car to three different and every other one said the motor needed replaced. Every other shop was trying to charge me to replace the motor. And that was gonna be a lot of money. I came to Mr. Roger to see if he could do it any cheaper and he looked at the car and. Determined it was my alternator, making all the noise. Great honest guy would definitely recommend will 100% be coming back.

Do not go here!! This was my go to guy for a long time. They have done awful work lately. I referred my mom for her check engine light on and after 17 days and not hearing from them she stopped by and they forgot about her truck parked in their back lot and hadnt even looked at it. I had breaks and tires put on back in April in my trash hall truck (dont drive it daily) last week I went to the dump and IT WOULDNT STOP! My uncle took the wheel off to see what happened and my caliper was completely mangled. It wasn't properly installed. A friend from work (that I recommended Mr Rogers too) let me know she ended up getting into a argument with Mr Roger himself because when she went to leave with her car after her repair and didn't even make it out the parking lot before it started making an awful noise. She looked under her hood with him and discovered 6 bolts were missing, and he told her they didn't know where they were and he would have to order them. I have now started going to Heatherly Brothers on hwy 25. So far im happy with this change.

I've used Mr Roger's a few times with both of my vehicles, they have been friendly and attentive every time, the prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend this shop

Very shady ppl I went in for tires and left with my dashboard full of warning lights and he acts like he don’t know what happened . I was so pissed now today my car won’t start no problems with my car until I left that awful shop

Excellent pricing and are usually able to get me right in. I’ve been going here for a while for oil changes and tire rotations. They also do mechanic work as well but I drive a Ford so I don’t need any of that stuff.

I had work done to my car by them. They are quite pricey so I had them do some of the job then and come back the following week to finish it. I went back to drop the car off and they could me the mechanic that does that job wasn't there. They took my name and # to give me a call when to drop the car off when he come in. A day or 2 went by I called them to see if he was available I was told he wasn't there that day. I never got that phone call. Second time my mom went up there giving them the benefit of the doubt to fix her car. Something simple that could of been fix they ended up damaging a different part, rigged it up til they are able to get the part in and had the nerve to say if it doesn't work bring it back. It didn't hold long and definitely not going back to Mr. Rogers Tire.

These guys were great! I had no idea my rim and wheelbearing assembly got to tore up because the rim was uneven on the wheelbearing and have helped me financially not charging me an arm and leg!

This place is amazing! Very fast service! Everyone was so nice and they don’t take advantage of you, I was a walk-in and they took care of me on the spot with no issues! Thank you Mr. Rogers!

Mr. Roger's is great! Great price and very friendly service. I initially went here because it was one of the few places I could pull in my 43ft long 5th wheel trailer to get tires changed, but I will definitely be back because the service was top-notch! If you have a large trailer, this place has the space!

Great shop. Mr. Roger is so personable and helpful! He made replacing my tires seamless. I came in as a walk in close to closing and they still served me while making sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be back for future services and will recommend to friends!

My mother took her car over to this garage decided to give them a chance since close by first of all she paid too much for a 2000 Cavalier $709 for a radiator job radiator brand new was $185 and when she got the car back screws was left off the hood area so it wouldn’t close right! When she took it to them again to repair she reported he said that it wasn’t done by them and she told them as I know to be true that it was closing fine before. He replied that’s what they all say my mom is older and doesn’t deserves to be talked to that way took everything I had not to pay them a visit! But I figured between this review and the Better Business Bureau as well as making it mission to spread the word on them I will do! This business will not prosper doing people like this charging prices they do! God will handle this business better than I could! So I’m Putting them and there business practices in Gods hands and watch him handle it!

Mr. Rogers tires is so awesome! They really helped me out and looked out for me on 2 tires. I was a little short on money and they was very understanding and still worked with me. I highly recommend these guys, they are honest and straight forward with you.. This is the place to come if in need of tires and mechanical work done to your car. Tell them Tasha sent you!!! 😁

Returning to my mechanic for a quick fix-up on my vehicle was a breeze. The familiarity of the garage and the friendly faces of the staff immediately put me at ease. They quickly assessed the issue with my car and efficiently addressed it, demonstrating their expertise and professionalism. Within no time, my vehicle was back in top shape, running smoothly and safely once again. The convenience and reliability of my mechanic's service reaffirmed why I continue to trust them with my automotive needs.

Had a problem with my car overheating. Took my car to this place and they never fixed the problem. It was a hose they were supposed to replace and they didn’t. Paid almost $600 to get my car fixed and seems like my car is even worse after taking it here. It’s still overheating so I don’t know what they called themselves fixing. They just wanna take your money and not fix anything. So my advice to anyone is don’t take your car here. It’s a rip off!!!!! And then they don’t answer the phone. Tried to call them to let them know my car still isn’t fixed and nobody answered the phone.

I made a reservation to pick up a UHaul trailer from Mr. Rogers, and while I understand that them not having the correct trailer was an error on UHaul’s end and not their end, the customer service I received was abysmal. I arrived early for my reservation time, and they got to me a few minutes late asking if I could wait because they were busy. I explained that no I couldn’t wait, that I was on time constraints due to moving that day, and needed the trailer at my scheduled time. The man got an attitude with me and told me I “had to understand”. This was after I heard this same mechanic telling a customer outside that it was “too early in the morning for her to come here pissing him off.” He eventually went to look for the trailer but said they didn’t have the correct one that matched my reservation number. Again, not their fault. However, getting an attitude with me when I explained I couldn’t wait past my scheduled pick up time is unacceptable. My family has had amazing experiences with Mr. Rogers in the past, but I can’t say I’ll be returning.

Mr. Rogers provides top notch service and he is someone that I can trust because he is honest and also very affordable. I had a tune up and oil change today, and his team did an outstanding job. I will bring my car to him anytime I need my car serviced.

Good customer service.... Not sure if they competent of what they doing... "same tire" interpreted as different brand, pushed to buy second tire and still endup with 2 different tires... not sure why they cannot order same maching tires? Apparently it is very difficult task... not recommend to deal with them... giving them 2 stars for customer service, otherwise 1...

I always go to Mr. Roger's Tires & Towing. I made the mistake of going elsewhere one time and almost paid the price of a ruined engine. Of course, Mr. Rogers saved the day AND at a great price! The entire staff is so incredibly nice. I can always trust and count on their service. I've experienced same day service every time we've needed them. I highly recommend this shop!

Great family owned and operated shop. Mr. Roger was extremely kind and helpful. I brought over my own new tires without an appointment and he mounted and balanced them right away. He even went above and beyond to make sure my big tires cleared on my truck and didn’t charge me extra. I will definitely be going back next time I need something done.
