Extremely disappointed management is unprofessional and absolutely no teamwork if I could I'd give minus ratings for sure ? ? not a good company at all

If you doing drop n hook, ans know loaded trailer number, it is best that you drop it and pick up loaded trailer, then go to office afterwards. If not, you'll have to return to office again after you get loaded one. Know the spot you dropped. Loaded trailer is usually ready but I've had to wait once. I only gave 4 stars bc staff inside can seem to make you wait at window and not acknowledge you. You literally have to get their attention when you are ready. One young lady seemed annoyed bc she had to get up from her desk in the back to hand me slip to feel out, only to go sit back down, just to get back up 45 secs later bc it didn't take long to fill out. They will let you park where empty trailers are. I guess the office closed on weekend or Sundays bc i came on 1/19 but no one was in office to give me paperwork
Some,not all people in the office are very rude ,lazy and just outright not meant to be working there... loads are ready but never have paperwork, or just fail yo down load paperwork. All kinds of excuses, simply boils down to them being lazy and not wanting to fo there jobs
This Place Is Ridiculous I’m Literally Here Now Typing This But Out Of All The Time I Been Driving Trucks This Has To Be The Worst Place I Have Ever Had To Come Get A Load From I Literally Just Came Here Yesterday To Pick Up My Load That Was Suppose To Be Ready So I Could Head To Tx It Was Not And It Was Suppose To Be Ready Today At 8pm That Means I Would Have Been Sitting Here For 24 Hours That Was Not A Opinion So I Got Another Load In Sc And Headed Back To The Yard In Nc And Did My Ten Hr Break I Get Me A load To Come Back To Sc Drop That Load Come Here For My Back Haul And GUESS WHAT The Load Was Suppose To Be Ready At 7pm And It’s Not Ready Smh But Tonight The Lady In The Office Don’t Know If It’s Going To Be Ready Tonight Or Tomorrow Smh Just A Waste Of My Time I Will Not Be Back Here Too Unprofessional For Me Because If My Wheels Not Turning I’m Not Making No Money!
Don't go until your appointment time. I waited 12 hours to get loaded. And when I would go to ask about my load they would rudely say we'll call you when we're ready for you. It took them less than 30 minutes to load me up and have my paperwork ready.

Make sure those CTC (cordell) Daycabs drivers don’t get in front of you… they play dumb so they can all get loaded b4 u. Be careful!

They work you like a dog for $11+ an hour with 1 or 2 breaks a shift with a 20 min lunch. Unloading trucks with racks by forklift for BMW. One of the worst jobs I've ever had. Lazy employees watch you do all the work. The cheapest BMW suppliers I know of. Dont waste your time here, their job turnover is ridiculous
Waited for 9 and a half hours. Was lied to by 2 different shifts about what the hold up was. When I called the lady out on the lies....I got more lies and an attitude. Then just to be petty the lady wouldn't let me use a pen from the office to sign. I walked out to my truck to grab a pen. The yard jockey was awesome though so he gets the 1 star :)
