Jake was Amazing! I'm Handicap, and Jake came out to my vehicle, checked my almost dead battery; joyfully took out the old, put in a new one and by grace I was on my way. Such great Customer Service! Thank you Jake!! Thank you O' Reilly's!!! Thank you KING JESUS!!!!!

Was there this morning 7/26/25. Needed a battery. Brandon check my battery, confirmed it was bad and installed the new one. He made sure I knew how to reset the ECU and was awesome!! Great customer service.

I think it's disrespectful on the part of the staff. I'm a regular customer and they didn't let me in at 8:59, but a family member or friend arrived and they did let him in.

Directions were great. Kept me out of rush hour traffic. This particular O'Rileys location was okay but they weren't willing to listen nor sis they seem to care that I had purchased a part that helps with towing basically, for my truck that's now unrepairable as of maybe 2 weeks ago. I paid over $70 for this part, and on this specific day, there was a young guy at the register. When it was my turn, he couldn't get the register to print my receipt. At 1st, it wouldn't spit out anything, then it started sending out blank pieces of paper with no ink. Nobody there knew what to do about it, and they just said sorry. I said," What if I have a problem?" and the older guy said, "Just ask for me and told told me his 1st name. Now, this young man was working when I came to return the item I had purchased the day he was working and told me not to worry if I had any problems just ask for him. He literally had the damn nerve to tell me there was nothing he could do without a receipt. I asked him if he remembered me and he was like that was Chad he was new and is not here anymore. I said we'll seems like you should have been making sure what he was doing and saying was correct. Realizing this was not going anywhere I walked back out with my useless $70 paperweight still in plastic I guess. So MORAL OF THIS STORY ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS REGARDLESSBOF WHAT THE EMPLOYEES SAY. YOU MAY NEED IT. TKS

Been in this store a few times over the past few weeks and each time is a dissappointment. One time i was fixing something on my exhaust and the guy decided to chime in on how i was fixing my problem was illegal. I didnt ask for his legal advice i was asking for parts to fix my problem. And the most recent isnt a individual store problem its an oreilly problem. I went in for a relay that i had bought there before for about 12 bucks which is stilk over priced but oreilly wanted 40 for the same dang relay. And it wasnt even a genuine ford motorcraft relay, it was the same pos ive been buying. Learned my lesson because i bought2 of the relays i needed at advance for 16 bucks. I use to only go to oreilly but i prob wont again.

If I could leave no stars I would. We bought a bad starter that literally caught on fire under the car same day we put it in. They would not let us return the item even with the receipt. I would not recommend going there ever.

Quick service. Just asked info about my car and what I needed, then suggested an inexpensive, good quality option and got them off the shelf. Even put my new wiper blades on for me.

went up to this store to buy some battery cleaner and even asked one of the workers to unhook it so we could clean it. The battery wouldn’t start and when the Guy hooked it up for a jump he ended up burning himself. the battery wouldn’t start back up and was completely ruin my battery, was fine minutes before. So i ended up having to buy a new battery and didn’t get my money back for the products I originally only needed. Workers are very unprofessional and need to be shown how to handle vehicle maintenance.

I have to keep reminding myself that these are people that sell auto parts. Most of the time they are not mechanics so I should not seek advice from him. Just make sure I get the right parts.

Came inside to get oil for my vw. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help finding the right oil for my car or to inform me of the special they had going on if I bought so much of a certain brand of oil, I would get an oil filter for free.

The store manager was nice enough to return a part that had been sold to us because the part in the box was not what we were supposed to get. It was a used factory part off of someone else's car that was in the box. Because of this we had to wait longer to get the correct part. They need to do a little better on their inventory and making sure customers dont pull fast ones and return their old used parts to them for them to resell. That was so frustrating but at least it was sorted out. I recommend going to the store on calhoun memorial hwy instead of Piedmont. They seem to have their stuff together better.

After Valvoline in Clemson totally failed on correctly replacing the splash guard after my son had his oil changed there, Nic and another employee ( I didn’t get his name) were very helpful. They managed to get it partially on, enough to get the car back to Valvoline without it dragging and the danger of it getting ripped completely off. On top of being so helpful, they were very professional, courteous and friendly!

I received the best customer service at this location. Alex helped me find the belt I needed and was very helpful with my questions. I broke down at the intersection beside the store and Alex let me speak to his manager Jeremy. Jeremy brought a mini jump starter out to the intersection and helped me jump off my car so I could get it in the parking lot. Both were very knowledgeable and kind. They even made sure I had a ride to come and get me. Thank you gentlemen! You saved the day. 5 stars all the way.

The guy working was by himself and he was able to test my battery and sell me a new me new. He couldn't install it because he was working by himself. He was so friendly and helpful. I was able to get my co workers to put it in.

Hands down without a doubt. I came to help a gentleman with a flat tire, with my mechanically inclined better half. Upon arrival it wasn't looking so good, flat tire and now no jack. So i walked in to the O'Reilly store in hopes of borrowing a jack. Well it turns out the O'Reilly technician had, not only a standard Auto jack, challenging to even the experts, thankfully he had his personal hydrologic jack, in his car. So he gladly loaned me the jack for the tire change, and assisted me until I departed, with plenty of enthusiasm and ease. Definitely, made the headache of the flat air away in no time. Excellent employees O'Reilly's, thank you for helping my night roll a little smoother.

I honestly can't say too much about the inside of this facility because I haven't really seen it. I was in my car checking on their website if they had the product I was looking for, which they did not. Great parking lot though I suppose..

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. DO NOT BRING BRAKE ROTORS TO THIS BUSINESS TO BE TURNED. Brake rotors were turned and returned to me WORSE than when I brought them in, leaving my car un-driveable. Management offered to sell me new rotors at full price stating “there is no warranty on that service”. Mine and my company’s business will be taken elsewhere.

Always able to get the parts I need. If not in stock, they usually can have it the next day. Guys at the parts counter are pretty knowledgeable about what questions you might have about your vehicle.

Guy tells me to go yell at our mechanic, and wont exchange a part that when I purchased the 2 parts the employee that sold it said one wouldn't fit and one would be returned. Obviously not the case. I got screwed out of 40$

Purchased car battery here for sister in law. Manager waited on me. He has heavy hispanic accent so communication was a bit difficult but nothing we could not work through. He showed me concern and fully explained the warranty. He made me want to come back to this store. This type customer service is rare. Good job.
