I believe the owner is a very good man. He only works on Fords, that is to my knowledge. A great place to get your Ford repaired. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else.
We were on a trip traveling through and we’re on a very strict schedule. Our Ford F350 which Pulls our 5th wheel was having some issues. They were so gracious to be able to accommodate our needs, fix our truck within a day, and get us back on the road. Super nice, super knowledgeable, could not have been happier.
The first time I came here was late on a Firday to ask a question. They stated late and fixed my radiator for me when they didnt have to. I told them I'd be coming to them from then on. I've had to use them a few times and they have always fixed the problem quickly and are very reasonable. I tell everyone I know with Powerstroke to go here.
Awesome service. We are from Texas and have family here who recommended Simpson's. I stopped by a shop in Mississippi on this trip and they never gave me a quote but it would have been several thousand dollars. The guys at Simpson's were quick and fixed the actual problem at 1/4 the cost. Thanks Simpson's for getting my truck back on the road.
