I was taking my vehicles to the local dealership and getting terrible service. I found this repair shop through a referral and they have been excellent. I go there for all my repairs now.
I personally like this place. I didn't have my car worked on but I went down there with someone else. Very helpful a nice folks, and the lady up front especially!

My vehicle was towed here unbeknownst to me as I was injured in a collision. While I was in the hospital, my family went to retrieve my personal belongings from the car and they were told that due to the collision, my trunk would not open. I was rear ended @ 60mph while at a complete stop, the trunk was one big open space afterward. I called the tow owner to inform him I had a pair of inline skates in the trunk, he advised there was absolutely no way on the planet to get in the trunk but I could come down and try. He also told me there was so much metal wrapped around the trunk that if anything was in my trunk at the time of impact, it wouldn't be salvageable. I brought a friend with me to help open the trunk. In less that 2 minutes, he opened the trunk with his bare hands and pulled my $500 skates out. I was also able to retrieve my tennis racquets, racquet ball racquet. and jumper cables which all were intact and in great condition. I have no doubt had I taken the guy who towed my car at his word, I would've found my belongings for sale while perusing FB one day.
We had a major problem with our truck, bad transmission and not a single other auto shop was willing to work with us during the tail end of a pandemic. All hope lost, i called Wayne at Eastside and not only did he offer a lower price than ALL OTHER COMPETITORS IN AIKEN COUNTY, he was one of the first actually compassionate people in the local auto industry that gave a damn about other people. Wayne never got annoyed at my dumb questions, and was always understanding when i would forget a minute detail and call him right back. A true Christian establishment if i’ve ever seen one. Would recommend to absolutely everyone.
