I was recommended to Eddies by a good friend when I had a large work truck break down with a dump trailer attached. Eddie was out and had my truck on a flatbed in a very timely manner, and was able to get my dump trailer towed back to my house too. I have also used Eddie to tow 2 vehicles that I purchased that didn't run, and he got them back to our shop for a very fair price in a great time frame. Eddie is my business go too towing company!
My elderly mother had an issue with her car. She called them, and she the were fast and friendly and got her back on the road very fast. Thank you so much.
Honestly, the biggest thank you to Eddie’s and Jonathan! My car broke down on me, and I called Eddie’s—was told it’d be 30-45 minutes, and not even 15 minutes later, Jonathan pulled up. He was so nice when I was understandably very stressed, and he got my car to the repair shop in no time. Cannot recommend them enough.
Edited to add: I just got my bill for the tow, since the repair shop I had my car towed to uses Eddie’s as their preferred towing company and allowed me to pay for the tow whenever I paid for my car once it was fixed, and the cost of the tow was only $80! Great price and great service!
Man, I'd give more stars if I could! It took less than 30 minutes between initial contact to them picking up my car to take it to a shop, and in the rain too! Very reasonably priced as well! I was referred to them by the auto shop and I am absolutely glad I took the recommendation! Thank you!
Today my truck broke down off I 20 near exit 22 in Aiken SC. Eddies responded so promptly to my
Dilemma! Less than 15 minutes after I called Jonathan arrived- such a polite and respectful young man- He graciously took us to Aiken discount tires where we were also treated so wonderful! Thank you for such great service! I highly recommend this establishment!
The driver was nice and efficient. My issue is they charged my daughter $229 to tow her vehicle about 5 miles. This may be the norm nowadays and if it is, then I will apologize. Personally, I think she was ripped off. I wish I had known. Ultimately, we hope her insurance pays off most of it. Supposedly, they are on contract with the city of Aiken as a preferred tow company. My guess is it took 2 gallons of gas and 1 hour of time at the most. I can understand making a profit but wow!
When I was trying to use this unprofessional tow truck service they told me they wasn't interested and hung up on me after letting them know how many miles it would be to pick up my car and to where it was going. I'll be letting people know about the type of customer service they have.
Terrible pricing never get a tow from this place. Tow is $200 and if your car stays over night including weekends its $37 dollars a day also they are not open on the weekends so you get charged $70
My Honda Pilot left me stranded on Interstate 20 on December 16, 2020. After reaching out to 4 different tow services, I was given Eddie's name and number by the Highway Patrolman who stopped to help. When I called, Eddie was friendly and arrived within 15 minutes of the call. He towed us to the Honda Dealership in Aiken and he was the one who spoke with the technician. He stayed with me and my daughter until he knew we were comfortable and understood what was being done. As a person who can stress easily, he was fun and helpful. His cost was very reasonable for the time he spent with us. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.
Great place. Friendly professional employees. Really affordable pricing for work you can count on. They seem to be able to work on just about any time of vehicle, and they are trust worthy, standing behind their work. Not to mention, Eddie treats you like family!
They fixed my truck and the customer service they provide is above the rest. I will most definitely be returning to get other things fixed on my truck. 10/10.
Eddie's Towing came out ?assisted my daughter ?when she hit a deer. ?He was very courteous he worked with me as far as the towing and the best way to file our insurance. I really appreciate his patience and understanding.?Thank you.
Returned MY CAR to somebody who was driving it that HAD NOTTHING TO DO WITH ANY PAPERWORK THAT HAD MY NAME ON IT . all because they brought the money to get it out . smh
Greedy, inconsiderate inhuman. Worst costumer service ever. Confrontational as soon as we walked through the door. We had no choice in using these people, but if you’re lucky enough to have a choice, pick any other place, I mean ANY OTHER PLACE!
Eddie rescued us from the Aiken State park after we lost the keys to our car. He arrived on the time he stated on the phone and took great care of us and our car. Eddie delivered us to our home in Irmo at a reasonable cost.
We would highly recommend Eddie's Towing.
Terrible tow service!! Do not use these guys!! Pulled my motorcycle up the flat bed and wouldn't let me put it in neutral!!! I'll be sure to let everyone at SC Dixie Thunder ABATE Motorcycle club, and the VFW know not use them.
