I brought my new (to me) car in for an inspection for what I thought were minor issues, that turned into what would be major repairs. Luckily, when we addressed our concerns to the dealership, they were understanding and offered to cover the cost of all repairs. I'd definitely recommend Wayne's for any automotive needs.

They want to charge $125 for a no parking sign or car will be towed at owners expense! when literally they are the ones making money from towing the vehicle! Crooks! I'll put my own sign up and call a reputable towing company! You made over $500 from towing vehicles off of my property! YOU'RE WELCOME!

Our car broken down so I called Wayne's towing, they picked us and our car up and took us to the dealership. Tony was AMAZING!! He was super nice and personable.

They really care and are available when I need them even at a moments notice.

I have been very fortunate to have two of my father’s cars he bought brand new. One is a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, and the other is a 1983 Ford Mustang GTX Convertible. With the cars being so old most auto repair shops will not even look at them and if they do, they are not usually able to complete the work. So, when I called Wayne’s Automotive Center, I was very skeptical when I was told to bring them in, and they could do the work. As I walked in the door I was greeted by Tiffany Hutchinson, a service advisor. As soon as I talked to her, I could feel an auror about her that just spelled out that she knew exactly what to do and direction to take with my cars. She got Walt Corbett a service technician to look at the cars. Walt is an expert on older cars. His father taught him how to work on them. After he examined them, he had a very thorough diagnosis of them with parts required. He went over in detail what was required and showed me each issue. I want to share my experience with Wayne’s Automotive Center and specifically Tiffany and Walt because I know other people are looking for such a company and individuals to work with. Their mission is “Exceeding Customer Expectations”. Well, they have accomplished that with me!!!!

Took my car for 2 issues paid 2 diagnostic fees of $145 one problem got fixed, but for my pulley system I was told take it to a car wash and spray it off, because my belt didn’t need to be replaced, the same day I got my car back my belt shredded. $145 dollars gone. My advice take your car somewhere they don’t charge a diagnostic fee.

I had a late-night fender bender and needed my car towed about 30 miles. I called for an estimate and received a very reasonable price, especially given the circumstances. After speaking with the dispatcher, my tow truck driver arrived within 30 minutes and quickly loaded my car. They even gave me a free ride home! Hopefully, I won’t need a tow anytime soon—but if I do, I definitely know who to call.

Car was totalled out. Great staff, willing to help and answer questions. If they couldn't answer, they were honest enough to say so and suggest what people may be able to help you. Thanks guys... for everything. ?

Worst service ever!!!! I requested to have my car towed to my home. During the request, I was told I would receive a text link to make the payment. I did receive one text, but it was only a notification that the driver was on the way. Later, the driver called me, and I gave him the exact location of my car. I also told him that it needed to be dropped off at my home since I was at work. An hour later, I received a text that my car had been dropped off at my house and that payment was still required. I immediately checked but never received a payment link. I tried calling the office several times with no answer, and I also tried contacting the driver with no response. When I finally reached someone at the office, I was told my car was being impounded for non-payment. I explained that I never received the payment text. I asked what number it had been sent to, since the only text I ever received was about the driver being on the way. I also pointed out that the driver had texted me even though I had told him I would not be home telling me to come outside to make a payment. The staff member then attempted to resend the payment link multiple times, but I still wasn’t receiving it. After several more attempts while I was on the phone with them, I finally received the payment link. However, I was then charged an additional $40 fee — even though the delay was clearly caused by an issue on their end, not mine. This was extremely poor service. I should not have been penalized for a technical failure in their payment system. I will not be doing business with this company again, and I would strongly recommend they fix their system rather than blaming and overcharging their customers.

Fantastic service! Had my wheel literally fall off my truck at the end of the day and needed a tow to the shop. They were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, and the driver showed up even sooner than they estimated (which was already an impressive response time estimate) The driver Lijahjuan was very friendly and super efficient at getting my truck on the flatbed and dropped at the shop even with a wheel completely off the vehicle. I can't say enough how happy I am with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer for many years. Thier service has always been excellent! They have worked on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it still runs like a brand new car after 300,000 miles. I just use them for any work and highly recommend them.

Terrible service. Took my car in for regular maintenance and it was a nightmare. First they put the wrong oil in my car and then they try to tell me it was gonna be extra to drain the wrong oil THEY put in there, and replace it with the right oil. They're employee Terry, or " Hairy Terry" as he likes to refer to himself, is the most sloppily put together most unprofessional individual I've probably ever met. I have a forward and inside facing dash cam , and I reviewed the footage from when my car was there during the oil change and on separate occasions you can clearly see him smelling and what appears to be licking my driver's seat where I sit. Very uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend anyone to go here

My daughter goes to college in Aiken, SC and her car broke down. Jonathon was amazing and schedule it to be towed and fixed. Since she lives away from home, I (Dad) appreciated the fast, courteous, and reliable service. 100% recommend Waynes!

I took my truck to Wayne's for a 2nd opinion after another local shop listed several items wrong. I received excellent and honest service! They will definitely get all of my future business!

My truck broke down 3 hours away from my home late at night. A tow truck dropped it off at Wayne's the same night. I called them in the morning and by noon I was back on the road. 5 stars for the speed and service. However, the cost was a bit too high. That's understandable. No complaints. I'd rather pay a little more and get the car back ASAP.

The man who towed my car was really kind and fast with getting my car back to my home. Even answered some questions about what could possibly be wrong with my car. I highly recommend them for the service alone, that's five stars for me. I had to take off two stars because of the woman who answered the phone. She was extremely rude, impatient and gave the driver wrong information. No thank you's or nothing. Just hung up on me. So please be aware if you get her to answer your phone calls.

Not once. Not twice. Not even trice... These people have been the best people I've ever done business with. When my jeep was in the shop and I was on a really tight bind, they did something for me every time immediately. They are great folk and they treat you super well and despite major annoyances that make them wonder what's wrong with us, they provide great service. They are the most patient people I've ever met. Go here because wow they are fantastic and very understanding!

They were very professional and went above and beyond for me at my time of need. My driver Mr. Frank Castle was extremely nice and polite. God forbid my car breaks down again but if so I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. Oh btw ask for Frank??

Fantastic from the phone call in to request a tow to pull me out of where I was stuck in storm drain! The call taker was professional and very nice. The driver arrived quickly and pulled my trailer out of the storm drain and didn’t damage my trailer. This is a service that I would call on again. Most in imperial I’ve had to do business with other towing companies and the price gouging is insane with other companies, you ain’t have that withWayne’s towing. Thanks again??????

So, for big mechanic jobs, I usually use someone in Hilda. But that mechanic, even though he is thorough, keeps my vehicles for months. However, this time, the mechanic in Hilda quoted me an outrageous price that was originally for an engine rebuild but when the engine didn't need a rebuild, he said it was the same price. So, I explored other options. I needed my vehicle back in a timely manner because my husband's car is in disrepair, as well, (his needs front wheel bearings and plenty of front end parts, as well as an alignment because we had to change his tie rod ends) but we have the tools to do those repairs. We do what we can, but with my car, we were in over our heads. We were prepared to do head gaskets, but we finally confirmed we did not have a blown head gasket. It only needed a timing chain replacement. If we had attempted this repair, it would have been the grim reaper for the car. Wayne's was very patient with providing multiple quotes while we went through the fire trying to figure out what was wrong with our car in the first place. Thus far, I have nothing negative to report about Wayne's. One of their former mechanics used to be my neighbor, so I heard about them pretty much all my life. My husband called for a third quote on Tuesday. They told him $1450 for labor and it would take a couple days. I had already bought the kit. On Wednesday, I brought it in. I paid for labor in full. They were patient as I waited for a taxi. On Wednesday afternoon, they called me to verify what I wanted done but my toddler had my phone so I wasn't able to speak to them until the next day. On Friday, I called to check the progress on the car and the girl said they were trying to work it into the rotation because of a slight snag with another. I misunderstood her and I apologize for that. It's in the bay, now. Thus far, they are very nice, they are patient, they are friendly. They will communicate. If it takes a little longer than expected, then that's okay, because the mechanic in Hilda would have kept it for two months or more and would have charged me an extra $1500 for nothing. Update: they have finished and my car runs amazing. We took my husband's car there, too. My a/c is now misbehaving so I think we will be seeing them again, soon.

We broke down while out of town and had to call a tow truck. The lady who answered our call was genuinely concerned and the tow driver looked to see if he could fix the car on the spot first. He helped us find a ride to our hotel. They looked at our car first thing in the morning and got the part ordered quickly. They got the part in a couple days later and got the car back up and running. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend Wayne's for towing and repair needs!

Got in a pickle when my Jeep wouldn't start and got stranded at the gas station. I have heard good things locally about Waynes but never actually used them. Usually take my car elsewhere for auto repairs; however I knew I was going to need a tow which prompted me to call Wayne's as my normal repair shop doesn't do tows. Wayne's tow guy was great and on time for my appointment. The office staff were friendly and communicated very well as they worked on my vehicle. Got me back on the road in about 24 hours and at a price that was fair. Will definitely use them again, especially if I need a tow and auto work done.

After our RV broke down on I-20 and we were stranded for 6 hours, it was nice to know that the folks that towed us in was up to the task to make the necessary repairs to get us back on the road quickly. The price was very reasonable and Billy, the tow truck driver, was very professional and meticulous about his work. Add to that, they allowed us to spend the night in our RV for the night on their property until the next morning. Thus, saving us from getting a motel room. It’s never a good time to break down, but the kindness extended by the staff made a bad day a little bit better! My wife and I thank you all!

Chris took care of my wife’s car. Explained everything to her in detail and clearly. I knew what he was talking about but it was nice for him to explain it to where she understood. The mechanic Does an absolutely great job. Very professional and clean looking. I hate when I get my car back with grease on it. But this was spotless. Amazing group of employees.

My Jeep died while I was out running errands. Wayne's tow truck driver was able to get to my location in 10 minutes and was very polite. The staff ran a thorough inspection and they let us know the issues within a few hours. I appreciated the emailed invoice. I will use them again for future repairs.
