Zach showed up on time and finished job quickly. Great customer service..Would recommend.

Had to get my car towed due to overheating and a coolant leak. Zack showed up within 10 minutes of getting dispatched, was extremely friendly and professional and very quick as well, only took him around 15 minutes to load my car on the roll back and start on his was to the shop to be fixed great service and I definitely recommend them!

Zach pampered my old school Mach 1 Mustang and was a pleasure to deal with. Oh, and Lee is great too!

I called Tow daddy to schedule a tow from my house to the mechanic, the man that answered the phone was very friendly and got right back to me with the quote. Zach called the next day and told me what time he would be here, when he came he was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

This company was scheduled to come pick up a vehicle, the day after Christmas. Brian and Eric responded. Was informed of their arrival prior to their visit. Professional job completed , courteous workers. Would recommend this company! Update: September, 2025: Zach from tow daddy responded to the service assignment to deliver the vehicle to the body shop following an encounter with a deer. Was very courteous personable calling in advance. He also provided encouraging information regarding vehicle, i.e stating he didn't notice any apparent frame damage. I value such high level of service interactions. Once again would positively recommend this company.

Zack was amazing. He kept apologizing for being late but the delay was absolutely no issue. The app giving updates was just fine. Zacky was very personable. Being new to the area, he definitely made me comfortable knowing I have someone to call if anything goes wrong with my car. His conversation from the start…AMAZING! The best part was that he didn’t miss a beat while talking to me. He knew exactly what he was doing. I also love how he promoted the company and spoke GREAT things about his boss. Such an asset to Tow Daddy. He also spoke great words about his Mom. And having three boys that I am extremely close with, I loved it. ❤️ I don’t have plans on making any calls to Tow Daddy anytime soon but when I do, Zack or his partners will be the first to get a call from me. Somebody give Zach a raise!!! I caught a flat with my fur baby mallow. He checked on us, reinsured me and kept me updated. He treated us like family, it felt like I was riding with my cousin/brother. Before I got out, he went into jiffy June so he walked me through how to change it last min. He was extremely calm and professional, then took me to Discount tire, he got out and made sure they had everything before he dropped my car. HE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. I wanted to cry but he said I GOT YOU AND YOUR FUR BABY. Thanks ZACH from me and mallow the Maltipoo ??

I’d recommend Tow Daddy to anyone! I had left my car where it had broken down at, and Matt called me when he was on his way to get it then called me when it had arrived at the drop off location. He was really nice, and careful with my vehicle and had no problem getting it where I wanted it to be dropped off. I’ll most definitely call them again the next time I need a tow! Very pleased

I needed a jump for my car. I was on a time limit to get work done. I drive for my job. All of his trucks were out busy. So ( Lee) owner...got to me quickly to get my car jumped off. I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you Tow Daddy for getting me on my way...

Exactly what I needed, Got there and got it done. Thankfully the crew (ZackandAdrian)was experienced and got the truck on axle out of a tight squeeze spot. Highly recommend

It may not look bad but trust me it was terrible all 4 wheels were stuck inches deep in mud and this allow wheel drive couldn’t get us out and I called Tow daddy panicking and I must say he was fast and helpful and pulled us out in seconds he followed up with me from the time I called till the time he got there I called him at a busy moment with his kids and he told me when he finished he was coming and did just that I thank him a bunch oh and the best part is he has the best prices out of 6 others I’ve called he had the best price !!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Eric with Tow Daddy!! he was able to safely tow my car for me and helped me with a contact for repairs!!! I am new to the area and have little trust in auto repair, so the contact info is huge. he was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. will used their service again for sure!

I was given a wait time of two hours to get my battery jumped. Eric saw my request and was able to stop by to help me first before taking another call out of town. Super nice guy, was here really fast, and was able to get me back up and running in just a couple minutes. Very grateful for Eric!

Lights came on in my car, called Tow Daddy to pick it up and take it back to the house and within minutes of arriving Mr Eric greeted me, and put my car on the truck with no worries! And dropped it of as easy as he picked it up! Love service like that! Thanks Mr Eric for the prompt service and safely transport on my car!

I was stranded, tire blown off the rim. A Angel came down and rescued me from a dangerous road and didn't charge me one dime to fix my flat tire. I am forever grateful. I asked how much is it and he said Happy Thanksgiving I'm just glad to get you home safely. Genuinely great guys I met today and I really really appreciate the rescue!!!
