I also wish I could rate this business a zero. We had a heat and UV index of over 8 today and their driver Mike never showed up. Coventry Police showed up after many concerned calls came to the department from pastor Byers apparently. When I tried to call the headquarters to talk to dispatch he identified as a bill the owner but then identified as just a dispatch. Impersonating the owner? When I tried to call back after that they had a young lady answer that claimed to be answering service but apparently is just a girlfriend or wife falsifying as an answering service that does not intend on passing your message along. Me and my wife waited over 2 hours for a tow in 90° heat and a rated 8 UV index for 2 hours before we were rescued by local police. I understand that this company operates under two pseudonyms. Bill's towing as well as tow truck services Rhode Island. Keep on changing your name to avoid negative reviews. I'm sure when you look up the other business you will see similar comments. Bill if you want to call me back personally as you said you would and your dispatchers and dispatchers girlfriend claims you will. I will remove this negative feedback. But I hope to find a resolve for the tow truck driver at RAS next door to the Coventry animal shelter in which we were broken down. Until then expect a review from my accountant. I hope your books are in line
Contacted to provide lockout service for my son’s car. They were out to our location in less then 10 minutes, and the keys retrieved out of the trunk in less then 5 minutes. This during the rush hour! The serviceman was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you! Thank you for your OUTSTANDING service!
I called to try and get an unknown vehicle towed that is parked in front of my business because it is blocking the way of my lot being plowed during the snowstorm. The person who answered was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
I just got home, its 11pm. I called this company at 6:30pm he gathered my information and gave me a quote. I was told estimated time of arrival was an hour. After an hour and a half, I called and it went straight to voice-mail. I called several times and no luck. I even left a voicemail. Needless to say, they never showed up and I never got a call back. Therefore, I called another company. Why would you do this? I was on a busy street on east ave in Warwick, I just had gotten out of school (CCRI WARWICK) and I even teared up while talking to the unenthusiastic man on the line because I was so nervous and scared. This was one of the most horrible experiences I've had with a towing company. How in the world is this a 5 star place. Those review must have been from family members or/and friends. I dont get it. Please avoid the same thing from happening to you and dont bother with this company.
Vin was awesome. Came out to us as quick as he could and got our SUV where we needed it to go. Very friendly and reliable. Deffinately recommend Bills towing
