The care and detail the team at Rick’s put into fixing my car was outstanding. They made the whole process easy and sent update pictures along the way which was nice to see. The detail work they did before giving the car back was a bonus as well, they made the whole car look brand new inside and out. Turing what could be a stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you guys! Hopefully I won’t need to come back anytime soon but if the situation arises there is no other place I would go.

Let me tell you, I don’t think I’ve ever been more satisfied with auto body work on a car. Not only did they completely fix any and all signs of damage, but the car looks and smells brand new, inside and out. I’m talking full detail, incredibly talented repairs, and customer service that is unrivaled. The staff are incredibly helpful, courteous, and clearly genuinely vested in the satisfaction and care of their customers. Having to have cars repaired (unfortunately for us) twice this year, Rick’s Auto Body made both experiences extremely easy and efficient. I recently had Rick's Auto Body replace the front bumper cover on my BMW 535i after some cosmetic damage. They installed a brand-new OEM bumper, painted it perfectly to match the car, and the results are flawless — the fit and finish look exactly like it came from the factory. I am beyond amazed how shiny my van was after being fixed at Rick’s Autobody. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for their vehicle to be fixed. Amazing work done every time. 3rd time having to get work done to my cars and will only take it here. My vehicle looks better than when I bought it, wouldn't know any work has been done. I hadn't had a major accident before but had known of people that had....so my experience with auto repair businesses was based on their experiences. Well, I was so surprised on how professional and fast the repairs took. I have already sung their praises to anyone who will listen to me. They kept me informed. of each step they were taking to repair the damage to my SUV and it was done with in 10 days. Great job by everyone that works there...and friendly too!

Rick's did awesome work repairing my 1 month old cars back passenger quarter panel & back door! Would never know it was damaged. Paint job is flawless & matches perfectly. Also, waxed, buffed and cleaned inside of entire car. Completed the job in a timely manner, received daily emails with updates & pics. Was able to pick-up car 4 days prior to original stated date. Great experience all around!!

Rick's does a fantastic job repairing damage and restoring the car to it's original body. My Volvo XC60 looked showroom when they finished. Plus a very neat and clean environment with friendly and professional environment.

God forbid something happens to your vehicle you just HAVE to use Ricks they are fantastic. I’ve never been in an accident before and Jessica was such a huge help and lovely to work with. We were presented w/ several challenges bc the tow company that removed my vehicle from the accident scene caused even more damage unbeknownst to us but Rick’s worked with our insurance so well to get everything fixed. There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.

Rick’s was amazing! They make the process so simple, coordinated my rental car for me and kept me updated with email notifications about where my car was in the process. Always greeted me by name and made me feel like I was their only customer. The work on the car was also great, they explained everything they did and maximized the money from my insurance to fix everything that was needed. Would definitely use them again!

My car was badly damaged in an accident with a semi and Rick's was the only place I told my insurance company I wanted to have it repaired. They had it fixed on time and better than when I drove it off the lot on day one. They kept me updated with daily e-mails and photos on the progress and dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Well worth the money spent to get the quality repair I wanted.

Rick's Auto Body is the best for collision repair. I have now used them twice and from the very first phone call they are informative, helpful and have amazing customer service. Their daily updates keep you informed as to the status of your repair. After the repair, my car looked better than when I bought it. Definitely recommend!

I recently had my front bumper fixed at ricks. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Jessica at the front is a pleasure to work with. I received email updates everyday with pictures on the progress of the repairs. When I went to pick up my car it was fully detailed. I highly recommend ricks for all of your auto body needs!

I had a great experience at Rick’s auto body! After a month of looking for a place that felt right for me I was thrilled to land at Rick’s. They promised a great job and they delivered a great job. My rear passenger door was backed into by a land rover and had to be replaced. The color is perfect! You would never know that the door had been replaced. Everything at Rick’s was above board. There was no wheeling and dealing or throwing something extra in or promising a little kickback. They also cleaned the interior of my car before returning it! Given that I had shadows of sunblock on the leather and didn’t know how to get them out this was especially wonderful. 100% will recommend Rick’s to friends and family.
