I have had nothing but problems with this location for the last two years. Two repairs they did on my car had to be fixed again within a year. Got my car back after the thermostat was fixed for the second time and there was a leak that was not there when I dropped my car off. It took them 5 days to locate and fix the leak. This was two weeks ago, and my check engine light is on again. Do not recommend.

New Tires were put on, Balanced and Front End Alignment. Tito did a great job; the car rides down the road straight again!!! Happy with that and with the work done. Steve and Jeff at the front desk were easy to talk to, kept me informed, explained the reason for the time and are well suited to dealing with people and vehicle problems! Incredible experience at Firestone! I had a leak in my tire and the guys were fantastic at diagnosing the problem. They identified that all of my tires had dry rot and that I needed new tires. Thankfully, I was back on the road safely with new tires in no time. Thank you!

Service was on point. Steve explained everything that I needed after the tires were installed. He took great care of my car. I want to give a special shout-out to Anthony, who helped me get the tires I wanted BEFORE my appointment. The Bridgestone tires I wanted were not in stock at his location and he looked around to get them for me. He was super helpful and was very friendly when we "put a name to the face" when he cleared my work order. A+ for the entire experience, but especially for Anthony.

Steve, the service manager and Jeff the store manager are great. They are very thorough and help you get the best deal on all services provided. I would recommend this location to anyone needing service for their vehicle.

My 21-year-old daughter was headed back to LLiberty University and Virginia from Boston on Sunday, 11/30. She kept hearing a noise in her vehicle and pulled over and she noticed that her front tire looked very low. She thought there was air coming out of the tire so she called AAA. Apparently the wheel lock key wasn’t on the tire so AAA couldn’t change the tire so it was towed to Firestone. My daughter could not praise the staff at Firestone enough. She kept telling me how nice they were to her how friendly at one point she called me for a question and one of the Firestone staff got on the phone with me and explained what was going on with her tire and there was also an issue with a flap that goes over the tire that they were going to take care of which was the noise. This mom is so grateful for the treatment my daughter received at Firestone on Sunday and that wonderful professional staff that helped her get back on the road and back to college. Thank you, Firestone.!!!

Ryan/Anthony at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. There were issues with Firestone from the second I walked in. The main issue is that when I dropped my car off, there were absolutely no issues with the headlights. I was simply dropping it off for an inspection and a quote to upgrade all of my car lighting to LEDs merely as an elective cosmetic upgrade. When I came to pick up my car, all of a sudden, one of my headlights was broken. The mechanic tried to act like nothing happened until I pointed it out and got very upset with them. Then all of a sudden he said oh yeah, I was gonna tell you that I noticed that wasn’t working, but it only works if you use your highbeams. So he then goes to use my highbeams and the light still doesn’t work. Regardless, The light was 100% functional when I dropped the car off, And when they did the inspection because as per their inspection report all of the light was fine. It wasn’t until I asked them to give me a quote for LED lights that someone went to my car checked my headlights mishandled them and broke them and then tried to send me home like that. I am in the process of dealing with corporate Because I am being told by Ryan that they have no manager that works at this Post Road location.

By far one of the best places to get work done or tires on your car! The people who work there are honest and very personable, they all go over and beyond! 100% recommend!!

I had an ongoing check engine light code on my dash, even after spark plugs were replaced by Firestone in Coventry. I was referred to Chic Pannone, a store manager to help diagnose it further. Chic is incredibly knowledgeable as he was able to quickly diagnose a problem with Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP). It turned out, there is a safety recall d/t a defect with a fuel pump for this model of Honda. I felt comfortable and informed as he reassured me it wasn't a costly head gasket issue, which was a huge relief, and provided clear explanations. Moreover, I appreciated a personable experience and excellent customer service. He went the extra mile to help by contacting Honda dealer for me to see if I am entitled for a free repair, inspite of being busy and being placed on a long hold. I'll definitely be back for all my future car needs and highly recommend Complete Auto Care in Cranston on Reservoir Ave. It was worth the trip all the way from W.Greenwich!

Everyone from management to the employees seems to have a great understanding of what they are doing. Had my car towed by AAA after being stuck roadside unable to start. Not only did they wait for me to get there past closing, but the new manager Jeff was also very reassuring that they would get to the bottom of the problem. I had my car back the next day, all fixed like it never happened. The guys here are quick and efficient. I highly recommend!

Scheduled an alignment and got in the same day. Price was great for the service! When they took it down to bring it out, it was still off and had to put my vehicle back up to ensure it was perfect. Gave me a detailed list of all the alignment checks for peace of mind. Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Firestone recently when I came in needing two rear tires—one had a nail, and the other was nearly bald—and an oil change. From the moment I arrived, I was quickly greeted and made to feel like a valued customer. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including my tire options and the condition of my vehicle. The service was efficient, and they had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciated the clear communication and transparency throughout the process. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free visit, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

If you really like you car please do not bring it to this place. I spent $1600 to get new tires for my weekend car. When I picked up the car it had chemical stains on all 4 wheels. I did not notice it when I picked up the car because they left them all grimy, after I cleaned them at home I noticed where was someone’s fingerprints it was white (see images below). I brought the car back and the owner did not believed me at first but then when I showed him he was kind of apprehensive. They tried to blame me for the stains but I only use car wash soap recommended by my wheel powder coater who I also contacted and he confirmed this could not have been done by my regular car washing/cleaning which I do at home. After relaying this to the manager, he agreed it was done by his team and told me he would take care of it. I then didn’t hear back from him. I called for almost a month straight and was always told the manager was unavailable or busy and never got a call back. I then reached out to Firestone corporate and they also told me they would investigate and fix my wheels. They said they would send someone to check the wheels to be evaluated. Of course that never happened. This is the request number if anyone of corporate sees this 2093742, and a separate ContactID was 430567065347. TLDR Firestone caused damage to my wheels and after promising to fix them, they ignored me. This was $800 worth of damage to have fixed.

Was in a bad accident and my pass side rear suspension was damaged. Insurance (GEICO)) totaled it stating the rear suspension couldn't be repaired and the cost could exceed $8,000.00 sure to the rear axle damage. Funny thing is that I ordered this 2010 Escape WITHOUT four wheel drive, so there IS NO REAR AXLE! So I repaired it myself (I'm an ASE CERTIFIED AUTO MECHANIC) and brought it to Firestone on Post Rd in Warwick to be aligned after parts replacement. I stopped it off on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 until they could get to it as they were busy. How SHOCKED WAS I WHEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM AT 6:30 LETTING ME KNOW IT WAS ALL DONE!! RYAN, one of the service writers said he'd be there after 7 if i needed him to wait. I got there at 6:55 and was out by 7 sharp!! As soon as I got in the car and headed out of the lot i could immediately tell it was dead on straight! I'd just like to THANK EVERYONE INVOLVED FOR THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOR HELPING ME OUT! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!
