I was met by Kevin Deignan who promptly set everything up for a replacement windshield on my BMW. I was given a loaner car for the day. The repair wasn’t and my vehicle wasn’t ready until the following morning. Dropping off loaner and picking up my BMW went about as fast as a baton pass in a relay race. Each time I have needed service the service has been top notch.

So appreciative for the help and knowledge when it came to fixing my car. Bought my car from a used dealership so I felt weary about the unknowns and questionable expensive fixes with the car being used. When my car got serviced, I got a full point inspection on video to show all areas of the car along with recommendations of what should be fixed or what looks good. This even included a view underneath which was one of my biggest concerns when buying my car. Manny made the experience easy and quoted me outright and was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t feel pushed to fix things, and instead was told that whenever I was ready, to give him a call and they’d take care of me. As a female, bringing a car to a dealership can be scary as many women feel a disadvantage due to lack of car knowledge and pressure to buy a new car from salesman. I left very happy knowing that I never felt that during this experience of my car being serviced. I definitely will be back for any the service that needs to be done on my car. Thank you Manny!

Ben was great! We were BMW owners about 5 years prior, traded it in and went with Range Rover, don’t make the same mistake! BMW service of Warwick and across New England is fantastic! Customer’s are for sure priority with them. BMW Service is why we came back, they are the best.

I had an emergency and needed my car serviced unexpectedly. I had never had my car serviced in Warwick before and they were wonderful. They looked at my car right away and gave me a loaner a dealership. I typically have my vehicle service that never has loaners. I'll be back for sure.

Fantastic experience having the performance tires on my new X5 switched out to snow tires for the season. Ken Allard was especially helpful in providing me with an overview of the tires. And my advisor, Steve Bettey, always goes above and beyond to make sure any & all service appointments I have go very smoothly. Thanks to the entire team!

John Stone and the team were amazing. I was from out of town with a damaged tire and no key to unlock the tire lugs. John took great care of us and repaired the tire for us to get back to NY ahead of the huge snow storm. Excellent service and care. Highly recommend them!

Their service dept. is not a friendly environment at all . None of the service advisors smile or act like they want to be there . And don’t come in without an appointment! I’ve been turned away so many times. I drive all the way to BMW of Norwood now. Night and day service dept. they see you no matter what. And I’ve never made an appointment. I just go in & I might have to wait,but they always get the job done ! And I live in RI. It’s a shame . Norwood and Herb chambers in Boston are the ones you want to go to.

Decided to bring in my M3 to have the m performance suspension installed. Steven kept me informed all throughout the process and made the experience really easy. Thank you to Joel for providing a detailed video inspection and I appreciate how the guys installed everything correctly and even asked my preference on adjustments. Thanks again guys!

I bought a certified pre-owned with minimal miles at the BMW in Norwood back in September. About a month ago, I began receiving error messages and my check engine light would go on when the weather was cold. The Warwick BMW is the closest dealership to me (45 minutes away ) so I brought it there. I had made an appointment for a Friday, which was the soonest time available. I waited about 20 minutes beyond my appointment time outside the office of my assigned service advisor while he finished up with another customer. He informed me that my car would not be looked at that day, so he would be in touch with me on Monday. I was told there was no loaner cars available but that I could get a complimentary uber home. I picked up my car, and about 3 weeks later I began having the same problem and receiving the same error messages. I had made an appointment for the soonest time and called in advance to request a loaner car and was told there was none available until the following week. I dropped my car off at 8am for my appointment and called around 2pm to get an update on the vehicle and was told it was not even in the shop being looked at yet, so it would hopefully be ready the following day. I am very frustrated that my 2023 BMW with 20K miles has had to go to the shop twice now, and that both times it has been majorly inconvenient. I guess I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment days in advance, for me to have to leave my car for 24 hours+ without being provided a loaner, especially since my car is still under warranty. Like most people, I have a job that I need to get to and from, and it is difficult to get rides to and from Warwick multiple times in a month.

Always great coming here to get my car serviced. Comfy waiting room as well as snacks and drinks. If you need to charge your phone, there are a plethora of outlets.

Benjamin is a fantastic service rep - when I called him an hour later to add tire rotation, he made sure it happened even though button the original order and the car service had been completed.

It was so such a good experience.This is my first BMW and I was treated like gold.They gave me a rental car.They did an oil change a d spark plugs on my vehicle.And when I got my car back , it ran so smoothly... Everything was so organized in prompt.It was a very good experience.I'm so glad that I purchased my BMW X1... ALL THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED TO ME WAS TOP NOTCH...

I was away on a trip, and my sister brought my car to the Warwick location, they did an incredible Job getting my car in a timely manner, and it being ready the same day. They also washed and Vacuumed it. The Best service ?? I will be using this location from now on !

It was smooth and easy to make an appointment online. The communication was clear and I loved that they send you a video of the vehicle inspection so you can feel secure knowing what they are saying is true. Great service.

Came in without an appointment as I've never needed one at any of the other BMW dealerships. Was told they are appointment only. Weird because some of the other reviews mention having no appointments yet being serviced. Typically if they are truly busy, they'll ask you to leave your car and they'll get back to you as soon as they can. Not sure what made them not want to service my car but maybe I don't fit the BMW look

Needed a repair when out of town. Dropped car off at night. I had no appointment. Repairs completed by noon the next day. What impressed me most was the communication. Received 3 phone calls and 4 emails; all relevant to getting things correctly done in a timely manner.

This was my first service. When I arrived, there was no one around to greet me and I had to blow my horn to get anyone to come out. I was then told it would be 10 or 15 minutes before my service Advisor could meet me and to go wait in the waiting room. I was told I could enjoy free coffee but there were no cups. I was told I could walk across the parking lot to Mini dealer and get one from there if I wanted. Once I did meet with the service advisor Jake things went more smoothly. But after waiting an hour and a half to have my oil changed I was told I’d need to wait another 30 minutes if I wanted the free car wash. I declined it.

I was kept informed every step of the way. My service advisor was a great partner in discussing options to invest in repairs to my car, a 2011 328. The car now drives beautifully, It is a pleasure to be behind the wheel again. I love the handling and power!
