Bruce was a very nice gentleman and he seemed to actually care about my needs as a customer! He was very accommodating with my questions and made the decision between my 2 options a breeze. If i could change anything it would've been the “walk out of door” price. I will say however, i was meet in the middle with my counter price and the deal was done! I brought my Dodge Dart in for recalls and an oil change, and the experience was excellent. Hunter was amazing—super friendly and helpful from start to finish. They were able to fit my service in quickly, and pickup was smooth and hassle-free. My car did need a few additional things, and I really appreciated how understanding and professional they were when I explained that I have a fleet account with another company—no pressure or offense taken at all. UPDATE 2026 Just had oil change and tire rotation and the service department was exceptional ! They had coffee and snacks while we waited and an amazing duck was left inside my girl. Best sales team ever! Corey and Mark went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with a car dealer. They found me the pink Jeep I wanted and were relentless!! Service Dept was very helpful with any new vehicle question I had. Threw in some duck swag and I was set!

Very customer oriented. Like having a personal “buyer”, the salesman treated us like he worked for us and sincerely was there to support us. Accommodating to the point that they DELIVERED the USED TRUCK 3 hours away and handled the trade-ins of, not one, but 2 vehicles and did the title transfer on OUR dining room table, at our convenience. The personalized service more than off-set the convenience of buying local but being treated like the dealer is doing YOU a favor selling you a car! I would recommend that anyone buying a new or used vehicle start their search at Thornton, at least with a phone call to check availability. Working with Bruce was as close to having a “personal buyer” as you can get!

I've purchased two vehicles at Thornton's and they are amazing to deal with. Sales people are super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I've worked with both Mark and Austin. Jake is also a tremendous help explaining and setting up financing and add-ons. He is up-front and honest about everything. Thornton's seems to keep prices low to move inventory and are willing to work with you where they can, which makes their prices unbeatable. Will definitely be returning to them for my next vehicle!

Amazing people. Made my purchase of a 2022 wide body challenger hellcat easy. Started everything online. I was at the dealer for maybe an hour. Very flexible on every aspect of my deal. I highly recommend requesting Dalton. He was very personable and didn’t come off as just a salesman trying to make a deal.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned Ram from Thornton CDJR. The entire experience from the moment I stepped onto the lot, until I drove away in my “new” truck, was top notch. From the salesperson Chrissy, to the sales manager Kevin, to the finance manager Jake, everyone I came in contact with at Thornton made me feel like I was their most important customer. They did not try to upsale me, they showed me the exact vehicle I wanted, and made it a point to thoroughly cover every single detail, and answered every question I had, honestly. For a relatively small, family owned dealership, they certainly know how to treat potential customers right, and at no time did I feel like just another sale. Thornton goes above and beyond in my opinion, and I will certainly be referring anyone I come in contact with who is in the vehicle market to them in the future. Called in from out of state to get pricing on a vehicle and numbers for my trade-in. I dealt with Chrissy, and her communication was flawless. She walked around the lot sending photos of the vehicles I was interested in even tho there was photos on the website. The purchase was completely seamless and transparent. I arrived right when they opened and worked with Jake in finance—he was thorough and quick. I was on my way home within an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, my dream Jeep was not on the lot but John said I will find it for you. I gave him the specs and he found my dream Jeep in days. Thought it was just going to be a test drive appointment that morning (actually had another test drive appointment with a different dealership that afternoon) and ended up leaving with a Rebel X. Obviously shows that I had a great experience with Thornton in Red Lion! My experience started off with Dalton calling me the evening before, introducing himself and giving me his contact info. The next day, I was running behind because of a work call and of course, trying to get kids out the door in a timely manner is like herding cats. I did let him know via text and when we got there, wasn’t long before we were test driving the first vehicle. Dalton was great and we appreciate his efforts to get us a vehicle I loved as this is my daily driver (and something my hubby would like to drive when I want to be a passenger princess ?? ?? ). Pretty sure I threw him for a loop with my reluctance to get a vehicle with a sunroof. Hopefully I’ll learn to love it as much as my hubby and kids already do. I’m horrible with names so i apologize in advance but there were others who were great too. The receptionist (sorry if this isn’t her job title) was very attentive and had my kids with snacks in hand quickly. Definitely appreciate her efforts to make sure my family and I were comfortable. The sales manager worked with us and made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. And lastly, the finance guy, made signing away my soul relatively quick and painless, lol!
