Great service , made sure he put put the car where we wanted it and facing the right direction. Since the car was locked the driver even called back to make sure we got the doors open.
Just had my car inspected here and the work was done very quickly. The staff was very nice and the technician who did the inspection even talked with me and explained what all he checked for and clearly explained what all he saw. The work was very fairly priced and when I got my car back it was spotless not a spec of grease anywhere in the car. I will definitely do business with this shop again.
i want to give a Huge Thank You for helping my guys out yesterday. The guys called me telling me that they had hole in tire on the work truck. They were right at Mavis Tire an they were told by them that we will see if can do it by end of work day (was 3pm close at 6pm). At end of day glad they went to United Tire an got the tire patched, they were great from the beginning to end also allowed me to pay over phone. I felt the price was really good even in emergency setting i have paid more to have a tire patched on normal time line. Thank You Again from us at Hanover Door helping my guys out.

My first experience with United Tire & Auto Repair & Towing began with a call to AAA. The driver was most helpful the moment he stepped out of the tow truck. He attempted to determine the problem before towing which enabled my local repair shop to diagnose and fix the problem literally minutes before closing on a Friday. I have high praise for a man whose name I do not know. He represented well the company for which he works.
I unexpectedly had a flat tire and decided to get all four replaced. After calling around I found that United Tire & Auto had the best prices and they were able to get me in the quickest. I will definitely be returning and recommending anyone who needs to have tires replaced!
I needed a valve stem replaced on a spare tire. They served me right away and even went out of the way to pick up the specialty valve stem my car’s spare takes. All done at a reasonable price. This morning either the brake line or caliper went out on my Tundra during my commute to work. I made it safely to the office parking lot, barely. Called for towing to which this facility was dispatched. They were very prompt in getting to me from Red Lion to my work in York. The driver that came was exceptionally nice and very professional and friendly. I have had experiences in the past where a male sees a female driver and immediately talks down to them. He did nothing of the sort. He was courteous and his words were very respectful. His kindness and professionalism in loading my truck made a frazzled lady very calm to know my vehicle was being taken by a good provider. I watched as he loaded it, he was cautious and thorough. He did not see me, but I saw him. He made sure all chains were secure, double checked and walked around to ensure everything was properly strapped in and locked down. This spoke volumes to me, not only that my truck was not going anywhere, but this facility truly cares about the safety of the other vehicles on the road when they transport that all is secure. He made sure he was taking it to the proper garage and where he was going. His attention to detail is nothing but commendable. I did not think to get the drivers name, but to the man who came and picked up my pride and joy this morning, THANK YOU. I appreciate you. With the service i received today, I would recommend this company to whomever reads this. If this first time experience was above standard, I can imagine that the rest of their service is the same. Thank you to this facility for having such an amazing tow driver to help me today.
They always get my vehicles in quickly and keep me informed on the status of my vehicles while they're working on them. Randy is very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. I've been going to United Tire for a lot of years and can't say I've ever had a bad experience with them.
Mike Shoemaker helped my wife and daughter out when my Dodge Dart would not shift out of drive in a parking lot. We had called triple A to get it towed, but he was able to work with me to get it shifted without having to tow it. We appreciate Mike's help and taking a few extra minutes to try and fix the issue before towing.
Very friendly and professional. I had front end alignment done. The car still pulled to left with brand new tires.I looked on the web it said to try switching tires I diid and it worked no more pull to the side. Then I called Tire rack and they are replacing the tire and paying the mount and balance fees.
This company towed me through AAA and was professional, courteous and very nice!! I would use them myself even if I was paying for the bill to get towed.
A++ my car broke down on a Friday in rush hour traffic. They were there within 10min. He got my car out of gear and on the truck within 15 min. I highly recommend this business. They are the ones to call when you don't want to have to make that call. They also have great rates.

Spent money on a tire and my tire wasn't even fixed. Ended up having to come to house of tires and have john fix it. They were extremely nice but they didn't have to just do bare minimum I was willing to pay whatever. Other then that they were friendly folks.
Brock and his guys are great! They are honest and Although they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car/ how to fix it they were honest about that and didnt keep putting parts on just to try it out to see if it fixed the problem. They even gave me the name of a different garage locally that would be able to help me out. They are stand up guys and I appreciate their honesty
Iwas reading early on to the reviews that had been placed by your loyal customers. There was a perticular review that stood out to me due to the older gentleman being discussed. I to had a similar situation happen to me but I was given no choice in who I had take care of my , car problem. See my car was towed not by my asking and unfortunately I had the pleasure of meeting with this business by someone else's choice. Well when I arrived I was head gestured that he would speak to me know. Now mind you this in in the time of mandatory mask due to the recent virus that the world has been dealing with. When I was informed that they couldn't help me retrieve my car that day due to closing in 20 minutes I said thank you and see you tomorrow. Well I then proceeded to ask if they where okay with not obaying the then placed rule that everyone and every business was ask to obodr by. At that moment a crazy lady came running in from outside and told me to get the F... Out . Now a innocent person doesn't act or react in this matter. I will never suggest anybody be subjected to the way this business treated myself and my family. Because the next day was even worse when myself and two of my family members were attacked by some crazy guy who said he was going to cause bodily harm to myself and my family. I had no choice but to believe him due to the way they disregarded the mask issue. I suggest no one go there they are just plain rude.
Been taking my Jeep here for a while . . . Inspections, tires, oil changes, repairs . . . All of it. Stop in today with a check engine light and get treated like a nuisance by the older gentleman with a blue shirt n glasses at the desk. Was told it would be $45 to check the code. Well . . . I drove 3 minutes to a different garage where the gentleman happily checked it for free. He / they will now be getting my money for the Crank sensor that needs replaced as well as ALL of my future business. Customer Service means more to some people than saving a few bucks.
I love this place, I never take my car anywhere else. The oil for my car needs special ordered and they always have it ready to go when I come in to have it changed. Randy always makes sure I'm taken care of and that I like the service. If I move away I wouldn't mind driving an hour or two just to bring my car here because I know I'll be getting the best quality service.
I am so glad AAA dispatched United Tire & Auto Repair for roadside service. Eric, the technician/driver, was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with in what could have been a tough situation. I have known about this great family business for years and will be sure to use them again in the future!

On Friday 1/18/19 I hit a deer on Oak Rd near Blossom Hill Ln in Dallastown. Called AAA and Mike came quickly to tow my car. He was very friendly, efficient, and courteous. Hats off to Mike for towing my broken car to Mastertech.
Needed a 4 wheel alignment asap after hitting a curb and I was told to try United tire & auto. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day and get me back on the road. The alignment and resetting of a tire sensor took less than an hour. Randy and Dave were great to work with and explained everything in a professional manner. I left there very happy!
