Used internet search to find a batter replacement for my B&D 12V drill. Unfortunately the manufacturer stopped making it. Very fond of the drill and wanted to use it. So found this place who can service and replace cells. Sent in my unit and had it refurbed. Works great. I wasn't rushed so took my time. Over all it was good and so far working as expected. Pleased with the work/swap and while not OEM it is near perfect. Would use again for hard to find battery packs or redo-ing older packs.
Worth every penny, this thing is nearly a family heirloom at this point. With a reasonable cost for this service and quick turnaround time, it will now live on even longer.
The even cooler part is that this wasnt even an option on their store, i sent an email asking about my specific battery model and they set up a whole new store listing just for me to re-cell this battery model.
I have an old VELUX solar powered shade... finally realized it wasn't working because the battery was no longer charging. Took the battery out, then realized the battery is no longer supported by Velux. So I found MTO Battery. There were others offering reconditioning services. However, MTO seemed like a better choice based on reviews and, frankly, price.
Sent my battery in, two weeks later it's installed in my shade and working like new.

Wish I had known about MTO Battery sooner. I had spent a lot of time trying to find a replacement for a battery pack that had been discontinued by the manufacturer of expensive underground utility locating equipment. Found MTO on the internet, mailed them the pack and had it back in a week in perfect working order. Fantastic company.
Wow, this is an exceptional company. Not only is it eco-conscious to get your batteries repaired instead of disposed, the team at MTO battery went above and beyond in every way possible to fulfill my order. I had some issues with my older EGO batteries after repair due to the very high powered tools EGO is releasing now, and MTO battery was extremely quick to respond and remedied the issue with an additional internal upgrade at no charge to me. They treated me respectfully and were very accommodating to the repair. It is rare to find a business that cares about it's customers in this way and I cannot recommend this business enough. The batteries I received were better than new and performed as well if not better than when I first received them.
I was kind of skeptical at first but I sent them one of my snap-on batteries that would not charge and it came back in perfect condition. I had two more batteries that went out and I decided to send them to them again and I am so pleased with them and how they work and how fast they are. I would highly recommend them. Customer service is phenomenal as well.

Had 2 old snap-on batteries in great shape over 30 years old and couldn't find anyone who could replace the batteries in its cases. Found MTO on internet and they said they could replace them depending on condition. Explained I Take very good care of my tools and they stated I will get the same battery packs that they received ( other places would actually keep the good cases and send you back we'll used battery cases. We'll Ibgot them back and they work great that you MTO.

I had purchased the coolest cooler a few years ago (it’s a cooler with a built in blender that runs off a battery) the battery was not able to hold a charge and was not making the blender work. I thought I would Have to get rid of the entire cooler. That is until I found MTO battery. They were able to rebuild my battery that was proprietary to the cooler and it’s working like new. The price was very reasonable, and it only took about a week and a half. A++ will definitely be using MTO battery again.
Had to get a new battery for my Audi. Friend of mine recommended them. Glad he did, guy I met (sadly forgot his name) was friendly and helpful with getting me a new battery. He then tested the battery in front of me to verify it was in working order. My Audi turns on a lot better. Battery cost was less than I expected so that’s another plus.
We had MTO rebuild a 56v battery for our Worx brand leaf blower. I dare say the rebuilt battery works even better than it is when it was brand new! Very very happy with this purchase
I was experiencing some inconsistent battery issues on my wife’s vehicle. We had the battery tested twice at a chain auto store and the battery tested fine both times. Before I started chasing an issue, I was recommended to MTO and thank goodness I stopped in. A more intensive battery test revealed my battery did indeed need replaced. The diagnosis was dead on and they even performed some additional checks to ensure my issues weren’t going to continue. The folks I dealt with were knowledgeable and quick to help. I’ll definitely return for any future battery related needs.

i recently purchased a Maximal power hard battery storage organizer for batteries and it is great. holds quite a few batteries and has a zipper and a soft outer cover with foam openings for you batteries. i was little confused by the way the product was offered on there web page but i found out a couple of items that were in the description of the product and pictures do not come with the case. these two items were the battery charger and battery tester. the tester is clearly shown in the case in the pictures which would lead you to think it was included with case but you have to purchase it separately there was a mention of the battery charger as an option but that was it. overall it i am happy with the purchase i wish the battery tester would have been part of the deal. I thought I had already done this but apparently I did not so I will do it now. I put the wrong review on the wrong company’s website. The correct review should have been great job fast turnaround awesome customer service MTO batteries is a great company. I am extremely happy with the way the whole transaction was done.great job would use them in the future and would recommend them for your business needs once again my fault 100% for putting the wrong review on the page
I see a couple reviews saying they're a little expensive. I think that's pretty subjective given that I couldn't repurchase these batteries from the manufacturer as they stopped producing them! Don't be turned off by somebody's review saying that. I had battery packs rebuilt by MTO because Velux stopped producing this line for their skylights. MTO was quick with their service, super helpful over the phone both times I called, and did everything that I expected them too. I'll gladly come back if I have another situation requiring their services.
Great job, sent in 3 batteries and 2 of them they didn’t make anymore so I was really struggling with trying to find batteries for a 500 dollar impact gun and they rebuilt them and they work fantastic. Turn around time wasn’t that bad either. Batteries came with a work sheet with the results of voltage and amps after rebuilding, and tip sheet to tell you how to use to make them last longer. I have since told everybody I know about this company, will definitely use again. Thanks so much really appreciate it
MTO did an excellent job restoring my Theodolite batteries. They were extremely timely and GREAT Folks to deal with. I will be sending two more soon for rebuilding. You won’t go wrong dealing with these folks….

Great customer service. I explained the issue with the battery and the service rep had them check the circuit board before replacing the battery cells. Got it back and the battery is awesome!! This was a Milwaukee M18 9 HD battery that you can’t get no more. OUTSTANDING job I have already recommended you guys to 2 of my buddies

I have an older handheld marine VHF radio that I really liked. The battery pack was no good and as I was about to trash the radio I took one more look on the internet and found MTO Battery. I was a little skeptical but I am very happy with their service. They took the battery pack apart and replaced the individual cells with new and better ones. Fair price and fast service. I will use them for any other battery needs I might have.

MTO is GREAT! I couldn't find a replacement battery pack for my 20+ year old cordless drill anywhere or at any price so I gave them a try. Superstars! Their turnaround was even faster than promised and now my drill has been restored at a very reasonable price and is as good as new! MTO will certainly be my go to solution going forward!

Looking to start a small battery rebuilding service for my photography friends, I found MTO to purchase from and it's been the best find ever.
