Eric & Justin are great mechanics. Lately, I've had a "troublesome" truck (stupid maintenance things) haven't been the easiest to deal with (given certain "modifications") which made some aspects time-consuming...though they've accomodated entirely.
It's a small shop, not a "pretty shop" (if someone says a garage needs to be "spotless"; they've NEVER been in a garage before) yet it's an honest shop (they won't tell you "your blinker fluid is low" like some places do) & they get the job done in a timely manner EVERY TIME. I'm limited (regarding tools & workspace) so Sykes has been my go-to for the past several years...for things I cannot do.
We've done business with this garage a couple times now and I have to say that the prices are VERY reasonable and the work seems to be spot on. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking for auto repair.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a so called business. The worst communication called the place 21 times in two days no answer and my car was to be done go there and my cars still just setting there, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Took my truck in fixed problem, notified me of other things and didn't charge mesad about truck problems but very honest and great servicewill definitely take other cars back to him!
This is a great family owned and operated business. EXCELLENT work. Always has fair prices. Honest about work that needs done and goes above and beyond. I have been going to Eric for years and won’t go anywhere else!! He’s always my recommendation when anyone is looking for a mechanic!!
Busy garage, but that shows that many people prefer them. I had oil-change and 200k mile tuneup done here and I was very pleased. Friendly, and although I could only schedule an appointment a week out, when I dropped it off it was finished the same day. The technician was friendly and seemed straightforward, and offered me his opinion on the next couple repairs that will come due before the season is out. Overall a great experience, and I recommend this garage to anyone who can wait a week or 2 to have the repair done.
