I was attacked by a manager, he was having an attitude and messed my order up so I told him he’s useless at his job and I’ll just put it back he came behind the counter and assaulted me. Then called the police and said I was trying to steal even after I gave him the products after assaulting me and threatening to stab me. No charges were pressed and he admitted to the cops ge reacted bad because he thought I was trying to steal but they guy never said hey stop hey what are you doing nothing I turned around to put the items in the center isle and he just attacked me

Called in today to get some help with an online order that was not delivered. Got Chris on the phone who almost immediatly interupted me while i was telling him what was going on. He did not listen to me or what i needed the entire time and kept talking over me when i would try and explain what i needed. He eventually said that he had a store full of customers, and needed to go. Am i not a customer? When i asked for corporates number to try and track down the package, he continued to interupt me and tell me he dosnt have acess to that information. I asked several more times before he reluctantly told me what it was. I dont understand how you work in customer service yet hate helping people so much. Dont worry Chris, i was able to cancle the order with corporate and you can explain to your boss why I am taking my business next door.

They are always extremely helpful and will even check your car engine light with a little machine they have for free to see if anything may be wrong!

Store manager inside there is very uneducated and extremely disrespectful… Autozone has a paper that showed word for word what was on sale. I grabbed the oil/filter/air filter and headed to the checkout. The total ended up being 64$ when the deal was 43.99 for all three. When I brought it down the managers attention he became very disrespectful and belittling. I tried nicely to ask him if he could explain why the paper says otherwise and he lost it. Started to make comments in front of other customers about how “everyone wants something for free”. Im not trying to get anything for free! I came in because there was a deal that precisely states in detail what was part of the sale. And I’m very certain that I was correct, and if I wasn’t. I only asked if he could explain to me how it wasn’t correct! He couldn’t or wouldn’t do it! Most unprofessional experience I’ve had ever at Autozone.

Pleasant visit. Helped me find problem and ordered part. Very patient, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Called me promptly as soon as my part arrived. Big shout out to all the employees.. good job!

I experienced some of the worst customer service, the other day, while I was there on Sept 10, 2024. There were 2 female employees and they acted like I wasn't there! I'd talk to them and hardly got a word from either. Then they didn't want to ring up my order! I feel bad for the n owner/investors of this store. I see them going m out of business. I.wont be going back!

Just left the Auto Zone near Red Lion. I only needed the check engine light checked. Darian took care of it , and explained what the report stated, and was courteous and professional. I witnessed his interaction with another customer and the guy knows his stuff.

Another store had them hold a part for me and told them I was coming. Showed up a full 30 minutes before closing time, and the place was locked up. This is after I had an identical part sent from the George st store to my home store, which got “lost on the way.” Terrible.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They did everything in their power. To help me get my vehicle where it needed to be. And from now on I will be coming here. Even though it's not as close to my own home. Because I greatly appreciate all that they do.

Bought a pair of front brake calipers for my chevy cruze, but ended up not needing them and just replaced one of the components instead. I went back to this store (where I bought them) and returned them no problem. Should have gotten about 310$ back. Ended up getting 70$ back on my card. Apparently they didn't listen to me when I said I wanted a return, and didn't check the part to see that it was brand new. Now about 7 days later and many wasted hours on the phone, i'm still short 240$ and get talked to like IM a thief every time I contact autozone. I filed a corporate complaint, and was contacted by the district manager the same day. He was very friendly, but nothing came of the phone call. He said he would contact the store to make sure I get my money back and said to call him back if I had any issues. I contacted the dallastown store the next day and no one had a clue what I was talking about. Manager said I needed a reciept, but I didn't have it on me at the time (I have proof of purchase through my online account though). She said she'd look through her computer and call back when she found it. Never got a call back. Now the district manager is not answering phone calls from me or messages. I have been polite and civil the entire time, never yelling or arguing. I've never been treated so poorly by a company as I have been with autozone. You just lost a customer, and i'm contacting a lawyer.

Went to get alternator checked and no one could run the machine to check it. Some older guy who works there says just buy a new one. Well I am glad he has money to just spend on everything. Went across street to another parts store and within 5 minutes part was checked and was good. So no need to buy a new one.

Went it ordered a gasket was told it would be in the next day I even waited til later in the evening to make sure there was plenty of time and it never showed up had to get it from advanced auto. This happens more often than it should. Also went it to have my wife’s battery checked for the rude lady tell me she couldn’t check it. Very poor service. Thankfully the autozone on market street was kind enough to help us and even exchanged our battery that was under warranty. Will gladly travel to east York autozone from now on and I even live in Dallastown.

I'm starting to love AutoZone in Dallastown again. Cameron stated that he was new but I couldn't tell. His customer service and satisfaction are amazing my wife had a battery installed today and she said he was the most pleasant person she's dealt with in a long time

Staff will help provide tools and even labor for getting batteries out of your car that may or may not be dead in the lot. Will also provide you with a cart when purchasing 8 gallons of engine coolant for you vehicle. Will easily take back any unused gallons when a complete fill is unneeded.

Had a great experience at AutoZone today. I went in to the store with just a pair of rusted brakelights. The employee, name of darion, was able to find the lights I needed and was very friendly to me. I will definitley come back here for any other car needs I have.

Long after we were finished buying our product, an extension to help install our confusing Bike rack, the staff bothered to ask how we were, listen to our frustrations, and offered to help. And with their help, the issue was fixed. Great customer service at their Dallastown store.

While Advance still doesn't have nationwide warranty systems or even between 2 stores in the same county, Auto Zone does and has for 20+ years. That alone gives people like me who can't afford to pay someone else to work on their vehicles peace of mind you can't get anywhere else. It's a great place to work, too.

I had free engine check light test here. The staff was very kind and explained everything in detail after he tested the light code. He tried to help me to fix the issue sincerely, but I felt no pressure to buy anything or take any service. Very impressed with their customer care.

Ordered a part on Tuesday and the guy said it would arrive by Wednesday at noon. I called Wednesday at 3pm and it hadn't arrived yet. I called Thursday at 9am and it still hadn't arrived. I don't think they fully grasp the simple concept of ordering and delivering parts. Probably also why Jim is 45 years old and working in an auto parts store.
