This store would not help me for shit. They were rude and nasty. I asked them a question and they took me to where I needed to go and then they left me with no assistance.

Had a misfire on my 2012 suburban. My normal place was closing, so I gave advanced a call. They had exactly what I needed to get my truck back up and running. Took care of the issue in less than 2 minutes in the parking lot. Good guys.

The company itself is true to be honest. Recently returned an item that I threw the gift card away for, they put the balance back on the gift card, once I told them I threw the card away. They instantly issued me a new card. Totally awesome. Thank you Advance.

Well stocked and product recovery was good. Associate was short tempered and rude. I work retail and I don't like it too much but I don't take it out on customers either. If you hate your job that much blonde buzz cut just get a new one. Check please

Came in for battery change and the young man that helped me was very helpful and kind. I forget his name but it was New Year’s Eve and he’s originally from MD. Battery change was uneventful and I’ve been smooth cruising ever since!

I purchased light bulbs for my vehicle also how to get a service contract that way if the bulbs blew out I would get replacement at no additional cost. I was not happy with the quality of the bulb and they refused to accept them back since I did not have packaging. I want to get a brighter bulb but again they told me I have to buy them

Asked for a free alternator test... A young girl came out with the device and hooked it up to my battery... And told me my battery is good.. I said thanks I already knew that, now how about the alternator? She said what is that? Needless to say, I drove across the street to AutoZone and had a man do it

I buy most of my parts here. No store has everything, but this is always the first place I call. Paul is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help get the job done. Even with my often unusual needs, he always takes care of me. I appreciate the great service I have received from him and the rest of the staff! This store and staff has played an essential role in keeping my older vehicles on the road for years. Thank you!

I experienced a major fuel leak on a new Advanced Auto injection assembly for a vortec 350 today causing fuel to spray all over my hot engine. I ordered a replacement due to mine still being under warranty, asked for a new plenum seal to be warranted because I replaced mine when I replaced injectors. I was told they don't warranty seals even though their website clearly said "1 year replacement". I was told just to reuse the seal, which would be a 50/50 chance of success. Older man working the night of 02/06/24 was quite rude and cocky with me. I don't believe I should have to pay for new seals/gaskets on a defective, possibly dangerous part failure. 1 star rating due to rudeness, misrepresentation and lack of vehicle experience.

Never had an issue at any of these stores IN MY LIFE. Turned me away from dumping my used engine oil because the dude that was cashiering was, “Too scared to get messy”. Most ridiculous stuff I have ever heard coming to these stores. Y’all need to hire people who are willing to work, not be lazy and stand there all day. If I would have seen dudes name tag, I would have definitely dropped it on this post. Don’t waste your time here, nobody wants to help you.

I had to make a quick stop here to get someone to help me check my oil because I'm new to this kind of thing even though I'm 52. One of the workers was very willing to come out check my oil and explain a few things to me. I will return to this AutoZone whenever I need help with anything because I am new to Red Lion and he gave me a sense of comfort but there was someone there that was willing to assist me with the question.

We ordered a part. They gave us the total and said to bring the core. My kids brought the core and the amount they said and then they proceeded to tell the kids they owed more than the total than they would return the core charge. When we called the guy on the phone was ignorant about the whole situation. So they have lost our business.

You know what no matter how mad this place will ever make me with wrong parts going to auto zone reminds me how much better advanced is than them. Humbled myself and changed review 5 stars just so I don't have to go to auto zone ever again lol

My battery I purchased two years ago went bad. The matter was resolved in I would say less than five minutes. I walked out with a new battery. They had my purchase in the computer and I didn't even need any paperwork. Great job Advance Auto!! No charge to me! WOO HOO!!

Employees look depressed! And its annoying when your told a part isn't available and cant be ordered, but the part was in stock on their app and available for same day delivery. So I ordered and received the part that I was told was out of stock. My day was held up over a battery terminal, and it caused me to reschedule my garage inspection appointment and had to use a vacation day for my new inspection appointment. The employees just need to stop being lazy.

This establishment never has what you need. Their return policy is horrible. For an industry that relies on DYI'ers that usually lack the equipment to pinpoint issues you think they would align Customer Service to someone that has never removed a new part from a box. Vehicle will sit if Advance is my only option from now on. Disgusting business model!!!!

Everytime I go on Saturday or Sunday night they are always closed and it's before there supposed to go by 10 or 15 minutes early. What's the point of having set hours if your going to closed early anyways its happened 4 times now

Bought spark plugs for my truck and later was told that I can't return them because they are not allowed to return electrical components. Reason was since they can't see if they were used. Pretty easy to see the threads we're fine and no issues but didn't even take the time to look. Called other advance locations and was told to bring them to their location to return. Buyers beware!!

Got a optima battery from there and it's dead but there tester shows good so the employee got a load tester and it's bad but since they can only got by the tester not the load tester I have to buy another one not good they should warrant the warranty of a 3 yr battery that cost almost 300 bucks and it's 2 yrs old

We received the wrong parts but were unaware of it until we had the brakes torn apart. We had to take them back to get the right parts. I was given a coupon in the mean time and asked if would be able to use it for my inconvenience and was told that was not possible. I will think twice before returning here.
