The people that work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. We live out of town but my mother lives close. My husband fixed her car and the guys at the store were a great help to him.

Outstanding customer service! I had a strange situation with an online order a few months old. Mike and Leah took care of me. No long wait times. No call hold music or automated systems. Good old-fashioned service. Get in, get out, get going. This is a company that truly values its customers. I would recommend NAPA Auto Parts to anybody.

The guys here are great, even though they ordered a socket instead of the nut I needed! Regardless, they got me my part and I am back on the road!!

I'm stupid, and lost the fuel cap for one of our forklifts at my job. Showed up to Napa, again like an idiot, without even a spare, and the very kind gentleman at this location did everything they could think to do to help me out. My brain cells finally decided to fire, and I went and got a cap to have as a reference for them off our second forklift. I was there for awhile, but as it was an odd request, I can not blame them for that whatsoever. Great Napa location with great employees. Can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he wanted to make damn sure I got the right one, and put the effort into doing so! Will definitely be back when needed 😁

Horrible bought parts there paid cash return things I didn't need had reciept and they claimed they had no cash to pay for tge rturn tgen wanted to pyt it on my bank card but i coukdbt accrss it til mondsy been going tgree this since thrusdsy horrble people skills and public reslstions accept the stuuf then said they'd

Got three defective water pumps from advanced. The mold casting just wouldn't line up. Got one from here and it went right on

Best place to buy parts around. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was looking for a tool it was a e socket that was large for a Jeep that no one else around sold not even in a kit and thankfully this place sold it and it was cheap!

The best place for QUALITY auto parts, anywhere. From ignition parts to NAPA motor oil and anything in between this is where you should buy parts.

Before my jeep tried to kill me, I stopped here before I drove out to Oklahoma to get coolant because there was white smoke coming out and I assumed that it needed coolant and it was good for my jeep and I was able to keep driving out to PRYOR OKLAHOMA :D

Napa Auto Parts New Ken is the Most Awesome Place for parts, tools, and service. ALL of their Employees are Intelligent, Courteous, and Patient. Napa New Ken is the only place that I shop. Kudos to JOE for finding me the best price.

Very helpful. Sort of expensive. Doesn't have all in one kits for road service or cleaning and whatnot.

Very respectful employees and the owner is great with his customers. Would recommend NAPA before Advanced or Auto Zone for parts.

I stopped in early on a cold morning because my windshield wiper had broken. After I was assisted in choosing new wiper blades within my price range, the customer service rep came outside with me to install the blades as a courtesy. I have always had a difficult time replacing my wiper blades because the ones listed as being compatible with my vehicle never seem to fit. Again, this was the case. But instead of switching to a different brand of wiper blade (at twice the cost), the representative replaced the trouble making "connector-part" (not a technical term) on my new blades with the connector-part from my old blades - a bit of a complicated task - and was then able to install the new blades using the old connector-part that fit my vehicle properly. Suffice it to say, this NAPA employee went above and beyond the call of duty, and saved me from having to drive in the pouring rain with no windshield wipers. I couldn't afford the more expensive blades that would have fit properly, so without this clever modification, I would have had a serious problem. I don't know about other NAPA locations, but the New Kensington, PA store seems like a great place, with great customer service.

Found out the evening before Thanksgiving that my headlight was out. Of course, no mechanics were open on the holiday. Needed to work Friday morning and really wanted it fixed before work so that I wouldn't be driving home in the dark after work with a light out. Rodney at NAPA went over and above to find a mechanic who would change out the bulb for me early Fri morning, the day after the holiday. Thanks for the great service!!! You totally made my day!

Great group of people. Willing to go above and beyond to help. Bought gas can and received ride also. Very nice. .

Luckily ran out of gas right in front of their building. went in bought a gas can and they drove me up to the gas station to get gas. Nice normal guys working here.
