The 2 guys working on 12/28 were so helpful and pleasant helped w me my key fob battery replacement. Every time I go there they are always so helpful and pleasant!! Thank you guys
Chris was professional with helping to find what I needed and a great products within my budget! He did a bit extra when I was getting my new battery installed and said “You’ll need tires real soon!” Great employee, will be back again!
I hate to write bad reviews. My battery died at 8:30 pm close to this Advance Auto Parts in New Kensington. A good Samaritan gave me a jump, and I immediately went to the store. Upon entry, I told them I needed a battery, and if they could put it in. The employee said it was too late. I was over 100 miles from home with a bad battery and no one to help. I got really upset when he got the manager, who said the same thing. He did offer to sell me a battery and tools. The Advance Auto stores I know install batteries they sell. What is with this store? I stormed out of the store, swearing. I have never received such treatment in Myrtle Beach, where I faithfully go to the 501 stores. But I guess people will be people. The next day, I went to Walmart in Weirton, WV, and bought a battery for half the price the guy in New Kensington would charge me. Sorry for the bad review, but I write these reviews so people know the truth.
Friendly helpful staff even assisted in carrying my items to my truck. Had the part I needed, in stock and provided loaner tools with a small deposit! Thanks guys!
Zack and Dom fanfreakintastic the best two dudes I ever seen at any place in the world. They got my friends car all back to normal and they were friendly and helpful and I would recommend to anyone to come and see zack and Dom! The goats
I get that working in customer service sucks, but if you’re so disgruntled with your job that you can’t be bothered to help a customer, or telling customers they called the wrong store… advance auto has really gone downhill.
Stopped in today and the guys were very helpful. Big Zach and Austin helped me out. Been in another time and Zach helped me. Great work guys! Keep up the good work.
This store is usually Wack-A-Doodle Doo but it’s been getting a lot better. Zack helped me figure out exactly what part I was looking for. He also helped me with my oil change and fluids. Couldn’t be happier. Im a life long customer now because of him in particular
Both my hubby and I are disabled. I can't lift the hood. I go here frequently needing help with minor issues. They always are helpful polite and quick to respond. Greatly appreciate their professionalism.
This location is usually lousy. The people hear are not customer friendly or helpful. Do yourself a huge favor and use the location on Tarentum Bridge Rd.
Store was clean and we'll stocked with current products (no old date on pair or batteries) Thomas was a great help but he was the only one staffed so he had to make peop6 wait to be assisted and checked out.
Note to the manager:
You need to staff 2 people for safe and efficient store operation. Don't cut staff or hours to save labor cost 2 is the minimum.
Limited issues this time. The clerk Rich was very helpful. The system just takes forever to identify if they even have the parts. Then majority of time at another location.
I went there yesterday because I didn’t know what these spots and marks where on the hood of my car. Come to find out, it was rust water that dripped on my car. The two guys there were awesome! One of the guys name was Mike and I can’t remember the other guys name, but he was awesome as well. I was showed what to use and how to apply it, and it worked!! Thank you guys for everything!
