Will raise review if New Kensington starts recycling plastic.

This is the worst city program that there ever could be. They have no idea about updating their website, so, when it’s a new year, you can never figure out which week they are going to arrive. They have never taken plastics. So picky!! On top of that they used to have a bin that would take paper materials, and now…that is gone.
