Highly recommend for any diesel service. We appreciate the honest answers to questions and will let us know if a repair will be in near future. We really trust them to keep the 500 Cummins, Trans and 15k generator in working order on our Newmar Essex MH.

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business, especially with Rich. He initially seemed agreeable and willing to help, but turned out to be very dishonest. I went in to replace a trailer tire, and he quoted me $150 for a used one, which I accepted. I then asked him to replace a tail light on the tractor, and he quoted $50 for that. While we were working through these changes, I mentioned needing another trailer tire, and he quoted $120 for a second used tire.
However, when I saw the final bill, I was in shock! He charged $533 for the trailer work and an outrageous $205 just for changing one tail light and the license plate. This entire job took him only 40 minutes. The prices he initially mentioned were completely different from what he charged in the end. I felt deceived and taken advantage of – a truly dishonest way to do business. I would not recommend going here if you value honest service and transparency.”
This is a family owned, family operated business that treats customers like family. They are thorough and reasonably fast, and fix whatever is ailing your vehicle.
We bring all of our campers and RVs here to be inspected and repaired. They are outstanding!! Great service, excellent communication, honest, and reliable!! I couldn't ask for a better company to handle our entire fleet!!
This is a great truck shop. When I asked Google for a place to check my truck, I thought it was a small place, but when I got there it was a huge shop. I had to wait because I just showed up like that, and I understood. There were a lot of trucks. Anyway I really recommend this place. Very professionals and they charged me reasonably.
I dropped off a trailer for inspection left it a week ,also left 2 lights I found were out to be fixed,I called it needed a tire (dry rot) no problem , put one on .
Went to get it Saturday 2.5 hours because I leave trailer at cabin !
New tire but lights not touched ! Still out ??? Rich (owner) fixed them while I waited but had places to be !
I went there to pick up my friend's RV. They said is was running well. I made it 1 mile after adding gas. They said they had trouble with the gas cap and replaced it with an orange plug. There was a fuel leak over the exhaust, so I took it back. The second time they said it was good, I removed the orange plug and added gas. Then I made it 20 miles and it died. It got towed to Miami. Upon arrival the owner discovered that the orange plug was in the generator tank NOT the gas tank. Never use these guys.They have no idea what they are doing
Top notch service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Parts department is awesome. We have been working in this area for a short time. These guys have helped us keep our fleet going. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers. A+++
As a private fleet owner and long time customer of Palmer's, can't say enough good things about their service and the quality of how they get things done. They've completely rehabbed tankers, flatbed trailers, propane & fuel oil delivery trucks, chemical delivery tankers & trailers, dump trucks, Ditch Witch trencher - they've done it all. Nice people, fair pricing, quality work, great to deal with.
