Way overpriced, friendly staff

The only reason for 3 stars is their online ordering, be careful there are hidden fees. I won't use their online/pickup ever again after an additional $5.06 was charged to my card. It doesn't show up on my receipt, just was taken from my card.

Aren’t open on Sunday’s, as advertised.

I was looking for some parts for my boat that the boat dealer didn't have so the guy working the counter was so helpful and knowledgeable with putting something together to get my boat up and running again. Don't be fooled by it's just an auto parts store they can help with boats to.

The customer service here is exceptional. Not a big store but very friendly staff and so helpful.

Just drove up here with my husband for his work...they needed a pick up bed for a company vehicle. The stock and prices on the website, of course, when we got there in person, were "old". They wanted $1000 more than what was advertised. My husband's boss said he'd gladly give the extra $1000 to someone who isn't in the business of ripping people off, and we left without buying anything. So, 4 hours of a holiday weekend Saturday to find out they're bait and switch crooks.

bought a battery, it died w/in 2 months, went to the store when the website said they were open...they were closed

They dont stick to their advertised hours, they randomly close early and open late. Call ahead if you dont want to waste a trip. Owner was sarcastic and insulting when questioned about hours. Its still a NAPA which is always worth 2 stars, but worst NAPA I've dealt with.
