First time in a NAPA store. For what it’s worth I didn’t actually approach the front counter, however I did stand in the same section for about 6 long minutes trying to match up the part number from my phone to the correct item number on the shelf, clearly looking confused. One man and one lady up front all that time, not seeming all too busy, no other customers, and not one verbal offer of assistance. I finally did find what I wanted on the shelf, but after that I just left walked away. I’d only purchase here if you don’t need any questions answered.
They have done an incredible job remodeling I haven't been in there in a while but pleasantly surprised and the prices were good I will definitely choose their first for my automotive needs
Went and purchased 2 5/8” copper crush washers. Was charged $9.95 each for them! Yep?! For washers!!! Sadly, being pressed for time I was forced to pay this exorbitant price. My son asked how much the entire box cost and we were told $70. There were at least 50 washers left in the assorted box. Napa lost a customer for life over $20… never again. There are too many other options to purchase auto supplies.
Great service. Sal/Steve haven't let me down once. *Update- Unfortunately (for NAPA, not them) Sal and Steve have both retired. No complaints about today when getting a hydraulic hose made.
My coolant hose blew a fitting and got stranded here. The men behind the counter came out and helped me find the busted hose fitting, then went inside and brought me out tools and the exact part I needed. I fixed it up right then and there thanks to their knowledge and generosity for letting me borrow their tools. From what I saw they had a huge selection on parts and tools for home and auto!
They had the part I ordered. The only downside was that I had to wait 10 minutes to be helped as there was only one person working at the time. When they did help me, they seemed lost at first as if they had no procedures in place for online order pickup.

I needed a bubble fitting for my 04 ram 2500 brake line- rear drivers side top. Advanced and auto didn't have it. This placed had the fitting and even the special flaring tool to complete job. Counter man was experienced and knew what was needed. Great service - I will return in future when I need something. Update-October /November 2022 bought several products from them the service from owners at counter - very competent- still give great service but they need to hire more counter help due to being very busy and swamped all the time- had a long wait time for parts one time - i now call parts in if i have a bigger order.
I have been dealing with these People since I was 16, I am now 60 . When no one else can get or locate the part , They can ! If You want knowledge and quality service, You don't mind waiting and You always get the right part the first time. I don't do mechanical or body work like I used to, but I still deal with Them when I need something and They always deliver !
When you have signs posted all over your windows and at your registers about the proper way to wear a mask covering your mouth and nose shouldn’t you follow your own policy???
Better prices than Autozone and Advance Auto Parts. Do you shopping here. This store saved me 70 dollars as compared to the other two stores. Very friendly and helpful staff
I have used this Napa for nearly 20 years. I have two older vehicles and I buy a lot of parts for them plus a buddy of mine has a garage and I'm in there often picking parts up for him too. What really sets them apart is there a way above and beyond the chain auto parts store for several reasons. Their level of knowledge is typically Way Way Beyond the chain part stores. Plus they have a much larger inventory of things and if they don't have it they can usually have it the next morning. I don't even bother going to any of the chain auto parts stores aside from these guys.
Traveled 45 miles to fix a excavator with hydraulic line burst.brought line to them.They made line right there on the spot. With correct PSI LINE.saved a ton of time and money dealing with them

The guys/specialists in this store know almost everything! If they don't know for sure, they will help you find the answer elsewhere. I have been shopping here for 11 years!!!
