Iv now used them twice and both times they got me in quick, knew what needed to be done and managed to save me a few dollars compared to the other places I checked, also I broke down they offered to come diagnose and tow back to them if need be
I'm new to the area and my kids and I were stuck at the Farmers Market with a dead rental car. Knucklebusters' business owner, Mark, came to tow us but after some troubleshooting, got it running and home we went. 5 Stars isn't enough! Genuinely grateful!!!
Brought my G6 to fix my overheating issue. Issue was never resolved. AND, THE WRONG COOLANT WAS PUT IN IT. IT TAKES DEX COOL FOLKS. ZERO STARS.. called and they don't even want to TRY to make good on their end..
They are super great and always really friendly. Both times we came within a month they were super fast and kind. My niece is a bit loud and they didn't seem to mind as we waited. Definitely recommend them. They also plug tires which most places in our area don't.
Horrible business to deal with!! I ordered tires from a website called simpletires. They will ship the tires to a local place for installation. Knucklebusters was the place near me. When the tires got delivered by fedex they refused the shipment. When I contacted knuckbusters they told me the shipment was refused because my tires were too big for them to install. I have a Toyota Highlander which doesn’t have that big of tires. They just lied to me instead of telling me the truth that they don’t like dealing with the SimpleTire website. Very unprofessional!
Truly a wonderful place to use when your vehicle needs a repair. Shop was wonderful in getting my mom's vehicle in timely, working diligently to diagnose and fix the problem. They were very good with keeping in communication when this became a very length fix. Will be my go to for all of my vehicle repairs and service. Highly recommend their services!!! Thank you again for all you did to keep my mom's vehicle on the road and safe with its brakes!!!!
100% WORST SHOP My car needed a Rack replacement so I start calling local shops trying to get my best deal. I come across this shop and they did have the best price but sadly now I know why.
Unfortunately I decided to fix it with them. Got the car back the car was driving weird/noisy so I took it back. He said to me just needs to be adjusted so he does his thing an the sound I heard stopped but the steering was tight. He said it was all good so I left only 3 days later my steering pump goes being that I was broke my boss gave me a loan to fix it with her preferred shop. They took awhile to turn her up I wanted them to fix up a lot more than just the pump. All's said and done & the shop says the cars good but your rack is no good. I told them I just replaced it the part should be new they said well it's definitely an old part so if you changed it the parts used (knuckle buster never disclosed the part was going to be used) anyways I tell them well don't change it cause I only just replaced it. I have the car sent to another mechanic to verify it's bad while I reached out to knuckle buster. They basically told me tuff luck we don't care if you didn't use the rack or if we possibly installed the wrong part like they say you'll have to pay full price if you want us to fix it again.
They are NOT trust worthy mechanics and because of this experience I will see to it no one I know ever goes here cause no one should be played for money like this when people struggle enough. People, go to reputable mechanics don't be blinded by the cheaper price tag.
Bought a rear for my jeep. Great friendly service, great price. Mark also gave me some great trouble shooting as well as installation advice. Highly professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Knuckle busters!!
