Employees smoke cigarettes INSIDE the store , but open the front door to blow the smoke out. But it still stinks of lit cigarettes. In response to your reply , you seriously wrote this? “ we're sorry to learn that your experience with our xxxx location ” Can you get anymore lazy? I mean, atleast put the name of the town in. You obviously copied and pasted your reply from a template .

Went to drop off a package for a UPS pick up. The young woman working there came outside to the parking lot with a cart to help me with the large box and also taped it a little more securely for me. She was so nice. What great customer service! Thank you!

I bought four batteries for my truck and the clerk didn't even have the courtesy to help me carry them to the car. I had to push this little cart with 4 batteries about 180 pounds into my car and to top it off bring the four old batteries into the store. I understand that Advance Auto parts, may not pay a lot, but that does not mean that they are educated and help the customer. Simply having helped me open the door of the store had been enough, but not even that.

This is a very love/hate relationship with this store and their online counterpart. I would say only 60% of the time, they have what I'm looking for, 30% of the time they have to get it from another store or I have to drive to a different one, and 10% of the time they have to special order it and it could take up to a couple weeks. They do almost always have a very nice selection of lubricants, sprays, oils, cleaners, additives, etc. They also almost always have a relatively large selection of hand tools and adapters. If you're looking for any of those, chances are high you'll get it right then. Brakes and caps (like radiator or power steering caps) they typically always have in stock. As well as tire repair kits, spark plug gap adjusters, grease, exhaust repair kits, RV gasket maker, and even JB weld. The store as a whole is generally reliable. The online counterpart - utter disaster. 9 out of 10 times I've tried to use it, it glitches out and stops working altogether and then throws you to a generic page saying something went wrong and here's a 20% off coupon. I think these coupons, that I've used a dozen times because it's happened that many times, are the only real redeeming factor to the online experience. Half the things you want to buy they tell you they can't ship to you but can ship to the store 15 minutes away - others can't be shipped or aren't available entirely which makes me wonder why they're shown to me in the first place. Honestly, why am I being shown something that says you can't ship to your house, you can't ship to a store, and says in bold letters that it's unavailable? Even if you manage to get a couple things into your cart, there's no guarantee that you'll be able to checkout, or you'll find that those things you added that said free shipping weren't free shipping (that's happened a handful of times too), and there's a decent probability that you'll get ready to click pay and the site will stop responding and take you back to that wonderful screen. Dealt with that a few times as well. Physical store is generally useful. Online store is a complete crapshoot. I can recommend the physical store location, but I can honestly say please avoid the online store to save your sanity.

Excellent service! They changed my battery, cleaned my cables, added the gel and pads, and waited to ensure my car started with no issues. My go to parts store!

Return police is very poor as is the service of some employees yes here is some more information I bought a transmission filter back in February I believe it was do to quarantine lockdown down I was over my 30 days or whatever the limit was to return it was only a $20 part still in the box and would not take it back or make any exceptions

I mean which shop is the best to go to now a days unless it's Walmart. I hate to say this but every time I go here I'm hunting for items on my own and listening to this grumpy sod up at the register. I would rather go else where even though this is literally right from my home. And it's actually in a pretty good location just watch it for the huge hole and the never ending traffic to go left.

I had to make a quick stop for a rear wiper blade!!! It was the morning after the first snowfall of 2018/2019 season. It was mid November. The associate Who rang me out also came outside and showed me how to put my wiper blade on.

Very nice auto parts store, the employees are always helpful, the only bad thing I have to say is if you're there during rush hour traffic it can be a hassle to turn left (north) out of the parking lot as traffic really gets backed up there sometimes.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me and there was 2 cashier. They gave me the wrong things and they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't return the merchandise that was wrong so was out $25

Apparently they "no longer have a scannet" for check engine light.... Pretty dumb if corporate is the one who decided to take this service away. Im sure a lot of business is lost due to this.
