This is The WORSE Rehabilitate Facility for the Elderly I have EVER Experienced, Staff talks to Clients so Rude, such as , my back hurts I can't help you with putting on pants, oh and if you tell them you have yo go to BATHROOM staff responds you can use the diaper you are wearing.....
Broken Wheelchair given to client and was told just hold leg of chair in place with your leg, intact it was the surgical leg ...
On and on , Now the Big Deal is Meducare, yep us in Healthcare know 30 day stay in Facility , MC pays very well,,,, however the facilities have been given guidelines,,,, MC states Physical Therapy is to be performed, client is to receive 5days of PT, 3 hours a day,,,, Equals 15hrs week...... Oh Hell no That is NOT Being done , Clients received 1 hrs 2 days a week ,, so if they document that, mc won't pay,,,, so to get paid,,,, documentation is required ,so, are the notes fraudulent....
Mmmmmmm, SMH,,,, tooo9 Sad, how can 1 have a job in Healthcare and be mean,,,, I understand burnt out,,,, well then it's time to change places to work....
So sad for the Clients that are not able to Advocate for themselves.
It's a joke , Notice wow 30 day stay, plans to recover, MC pays ,however day 31 no progress ya out, sent home or nsg home....
And don't try to leave early like 2weeks OH NO,,,, partial to no payment.... The State needs to do a Drive by POP UP.....
