Good afternoon everyone , it's the best junk yard you will ever find in phila pa that I promise you Kenny is a well spoken person and he will do his best to make sure that you are happy with his service and his yard I can't walk well and I have to tell you that he made sure that I was well taken care of and made sure himself that I made it back to my pick up truck and I must say I tried to give him extra money for going out of the way to help me and most of all I had my pick up truck parked up on the hill with all my tools and my wallet on the dash and came back to everything still in the same spot KENNY YOU ARE THE BEST GUY OUT THERE HELPING PEOPLE FIND THE PARTS THAT THEY NEED OR YOU MAKE SURE THAT IT'S THE PART THEY NEED KENNY KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB HELPING OTHERS THE WAY YOU ARE DOING DONT CHANGE A THING BUDDY

Me personally it was great for getting a small part with out having to buy the hole assembly it was my rear tale light but all I needed was the harness
This place is too expensive. Never stepping foot in there again no matter how desperate I need the parts. I don't care if I have to spent gas going to other places knowing I'm going to find what I need way cheaper.
Left a message to management, and they return my call within 15 minutes. That's how business is done. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
The problem with this place is the cars are stacked on top of each other and there is limited space to get what you need. This is one of the last stop places for me if I can't find it in any of the other locations.
The guy in the front is always a big help I’ve been coming here for years and never been disappointed, good peoples place service is alsome and prices and very very reasonable
The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because it's extremely muddy when it rains and the cars are packed so tight together it's hard to access parts you need. They are very friendly and helpful. Good prices too. I've been going to this junkyard for years. Definitely better than having to go all the way down passyunk ave. keep up the good work

All of which they have had in stock and multiples of them in the event one didn't have the part
Prices are always reasonable and staff is professional and courteous yet at the same time they do not play. They are serious about their rules which is what I believe to be why they have been here successfully for around 30 years
These guys were friendly even with me walking in a minute before closing on a Saturday. They treated me with respect, made me comfortable and made it clear that the most important customer is the one standing before them. In no way did they try to rush me out. They explained policies to me and was sure I was sure about my purchase. I would have made it in sooner but couldn't remember their name, PARTZ. I hadn't used a junk yard or done my own repairs in about 18 years. The alternator is working great. My jeep and I are back at our hustle.
Is horrible I paid for my part Saturday morning paid extra for them to pull it for me they said they would call before the day was out and today is Tuesday I still don't have my part nor can I get an answer from them on the telephone
Went there purchase a item and needed to return it because it was the wrong item.. I was promise it had a guarantee and treated like a criminal yelled and cursed and kicked out when I tried to return it.... I'm never purchasing a part from there again.... total disrespect from the owner
I have been coming to this place for years. The ownership has changed over the years. But if your looking looking for cheap parts that are u pull it then this is your place. Its a search and find for parts. inventory isnt kept up with so dont travel far unless u are willing to take the risk on locating your part. Used batteries are very reasonable with a exchanged core. If not a $10 core charge. The batteries are checked before purchase. Sometimes darn near new parts can be found on cars. As for customer service its hit or miss depending on who is working or the current owner. But if you don't live far its worth the shot.
they lied to me the service was really bad they said that they have cars that are from 2008 but they didnt i had to drive 100 miles for nothing the cars that they have are 2003 and no more new vechicles but if you still would like to go there be careful you may fall in a puddle also the service memebers were so mean to me when i said that there are no 2008 chrysler they just said "then we dont have it" i would rather you guys that are wanting to go there rather buy it from ebay or find another auto parts
