I would give zero stars if possible! Honestly, NEVER use this tow company. They will quote you one price and charge you more than double the next day! They are horrible business people and there are way too many tow companies to ever use this awful one! Never been so sick in my life. They took advantage of me during a vulnerable time and I'm sure we'll read more about how terrible they are in the future! Please, take my word for it, and just go somewhere else! TERRIBLE!
All around great guy, has done work for me and has some of the best rates as well as urgency. Would recommend him to any and everyone! Will always call him when I need him!
perfect towing experience! tony was quick and efficient when my car was stuck in the parking garage at my job! in and out in literally 20 minutes. he knows what he’s doing for sure! ever need a tow use tony!!
They did good. A little late but I had some wiggle time to get my car to the mechanics. They were efficient and quick. good attitude and called and made sure they had all the details so they can do their job professionally.

IF JANKY PROMOTORS WAS A COMPANY It would definitely be called TTJ tow auto Or whatever the name is.
1. The driver didn’t get to me until 3 hours after he initially told me he’d be 45 min. 2. The tow truck needed a tow truck because it was beyond rundown and decrepit.(another review claims that truck dropped their vehicle.) Barely shifted gears, holding up traffic everywhere and the entire passenger seat was cluttered with random miscellaneous items like trash causing you to have to sit like your playing twister. 3. And on top of that I was told the tow would cost 150 but I was ultimately charged 256 and repeatedly ignored when inquiring about the matter. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER TOWING SERVICES. USE ONE OF THOSE!!!

I have road side assistance via my car insurance (NJM). When my car wouldn't start on one of the coldest, snowy days of the year, NJM contacted TTJ Auto to assist me. I kid you not, they were there in under TEN minutes!!! The nicest, kindest technician arrived and figured out the problem right away. He jumped my car and in less than 10 minutes, I was back on the road. Really awesome service. Thank you!

Yesterday I called Mr. Tony in distress that my car had broken down I needed someone to tow my car to a mechanic shop. He didn’t hesitate showed up within 15 minutes. I told him my mechanic shop wasn’t answering his phone which it was the day after Thanksgiving. He referred to To mechanic shop that he is familiar with I was so happy about that. To make a long story short, I always have him for my towing service. Such a blessed young man.

I have had a hell of a time with my car, unfortunately I didn't catch the drivers name but he was Fantastic! He could tell I was struggling he was calm, compassionate and a genuine person. My car towed from Pa-Nj and I recieved it in NJ this guy was great in the picking up of my vehicle in which I also struggled to get him to the right place. This company also answered right away and we're able to help right away with an extremely reasonable price. I could go on and on but they were literally a ray of light in what has been a monumental headache. Thank you again!!!
Quinn was incredibly helpful. He was able to get my car started when several mechanics and a Nissan dealership could not. He’s very knowledgeable and proficient in his field. I would 100% recommend him to others and go to him again.
Our car wouldn't start, and wouldn't take a jump, so we had scheduled a tow with another company to take our it to a mechanic, but they cancelled on us at the last moment. We called up TTJ Towing and they made it to us in half an hour and towed our car all the way across the city, maneuvered it expertly, and even got it parked into a spot when we got there. Great attitude and conversation, very upbeat and friendly. Thanks for making a tough experience as great as it could be!
When I called for service, it took him no time to get to us, hook up the car, and deliver it to its destination. He was very nice and careful with my car, which I appreciated. Also, he was very respectful to my needs. He even asked if we wanted a coffee, that he would bring us some. If we ever need another tow, I will definitely refer TTJ Towing to anyone I know who may need towing and a caring person to assist! Thank you for being there for us with the quickness!!!

He looked out big time. Arrived on the scene within the time frame he said, got me and my car to the location. Way better experience than any other tow truck driver. Also has the dolly needed for all wheel drive cars like mine!! Thank you!!!!
In 2/1/2024 I requested tow service from AAA and they sent out TTJ Towing as a subcontractor. TTJ towing hydraulic lift failed and dropped my Vehicle causing major damage. TTJ tow truck driver apologized about the incident and he advised his boss the owner of TTJ was aware of the faulty hydraulic system on the tow truck and as this truck hydraulic system gave out on him while towing his daughter vehicle. AAA is not covering loss and I was directed to get insurance carrier information from the owner. I have called TTJ Towing multiple times, have left numerous voice mails and none have be return. BE ADVISED IF THIS COMPANY DROPS AND DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THW RUN AROUND.
I enjoyed doing business with this company. They gave me a call back and quoted me a time frame. The gentlemen were available earlier than the time frame, so they gave me a call to inform me when they were going to arrive at my location. The communication was very professional and they took good care of my car. I definitely recommend this company for your towing needs.
Best tow company I’ve dealt with and feel like I can call for all of my car needs. Used the services over 3 times. Owner is very helpful and goes above and beyond. First time my car remote died and my car was locked with my dog inside, he came so quick to help. Today, my car needed a new battery and he went and brought the battery himself (of course I reimbursed him) and came to me to install the battery. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!!!!! Oh and prices are great as well.

My towing guy Maurice was very kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Also, Maurice was very encouraging especially with me having a bad weekend and pouring over to the weekday. His encouraging words helped me to look at my circumstance in a more optimistic way.
Maurice and TTJ Auto LLC, is amazing. After a day that felt like it was never going to end and waiting six hours for a tow truck. They came to my rescue. Not only were they understanding they genuinely wanted to help and told me the truth and worked with me. They were efficient and explained everything in advance. They called me with updates every step of the way with the time of arrival. Once they got there he made a terrible situation better. Great personality and customer service. Went above and beyond my expectations! Even let me know when my car was delivered to my location! Highly recommend can't say enough good things about this business and gentleman!
