DO NOT TRY TO SELL YOUR JUNK CAR TO RPW! I spoke with RPW salvage and towing on the phone. They agreed to pay me $650 for my junk car. Then they didn’t return my call when I tried to schedule pickup. After repeated messages and calls, they finally called me back and promised to pickup my car at a set date and time. After multiple phone calls, they showed up an hour late with no flat bed. I was then told that they could only pay me $500. I accepted the offer. Then I was told that they couldn’t pay me on the spot. I gave the RPW employee my address and was told he would come over in an hour to pay me and sign over the title. He never showed up and after repeated phone calls he finally sent a text promising he would come over any time the following day to pay me and take the title. The next day, he stopped answering my calls and never responded to my text and voicemail messages. Don’t waste your time with this company! They are unprofessional and have no regard for other people’s time. I will never call RPW again. I found another local salvage yard that paid me in cash on the spot for the vehicle and actually showed up as promised. There are many other alternatives in the Marlton-Medford area. Don’t waste your time with the unprofessional staff at RPW.

RPW staff was very courteous on the phone, they quoted me a price for my car, came to my home the same day to tow the vehicle that was no longer running. No bartering over what they agreed to pay for the car over the phone. I was very pleased with their services.
RPW salvage and towing never showed !!!!!!! I left work early to meet them at the lot where my vehicle was towed. They were late so I called them. They said that they would be there in 15 minutes. An hour an a half later they still didn't show. Now they won't answer my phone calls and they didn't try to contact me to tell me that they we not coming. Since it's late Friday, they just cost me more money with storage. NOT RELIABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beware, this guy essentially stole my Grand Cherokee. It may have been over 10 yrs old but was worth more than nothing. I had it towed to him and when it came time to pay he was full of excuses. Initial agreement was about 600, but he talked me down to $450, which he was appreciative of my acceptance.
Firstly he blaimed his wife for not sending it, then said it was sent, uncertain of why I didn't get it, then he lost family in a car accident and said his friend would get it to me, then he wanted my bank account info, then agreed to a moneygram, then strung me along for another couple months til I gave up. Still urks me the wrong way.

These guys are awesome. From the get go, they returned my call almost immediately and remembered my name, giving me a great price for my junk car. There's nothing better than finding guys to work with who are honest and trustworthy. The best part of my experience with them was that I left a new mp3 player (in the box) under the seat of the car that I sold to them. When I called thinking it may be gone, they went out of their way to find it in the car and had the honesty and integrity to return it to me. I thought it was a lost cause, but they really made my day and gained my trust. I would recommend them to anybody, including my mother!!
