I had called @4:34 to receive service ofc I patiently waited for the tower to call me to let me know a estimated time I waited an hour and thirty minutes to call back to ask “is there a eta?” He told me they would call me I said okay I waited 3hours almost close to the closing time to call back to aware that I still never recorded a call from the tower. I called back and he told me he was going to call the towers and he didn’t even bother to call them or call me back to aware me of anything.
The WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL call I’ve ever experienced with some uncouth buffoon cosplaying as a sour comedian who thought it was funny to mock me as I was trying to call around to get quotes. I would rather sell to my neighborhood chop shop than to deal with these awful people.
Unprofessional. I gave them all the information they asked for. Told me they would call me in a few minutes. A couple hours go by and now they won't answer the phone or respond to text messages. Was waiting around for no reason. Then he sends me an audio clip talking a full blown methed out lunatic calling me names and being a weirdo over this Google review. So he will respond to a review but not a phone call or review. Takes 2 seconds to say you won't make it tonight. I almost feel bad for him. But not quite.
