The WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL call I’ve ever experienced with some uncouth buffoon cosplaying as a sour comedian who thought it was funny to mock me as I was trying to call around to get quotes. I would rather sell to my neighborhood chop shop than to deal with these awful people.

Today 4/27 I received a text asking particulars about the vehicle this morning around 8:35 AM. By 9:55 AM, Cash for Cars was removing the vehicle. Less than 24 hours the car had been removed.
For me, it was effortless and the tow driver was courteous, all good qualities, I would recommend their services.

I called this business to inquire about selling my derelict vehicle. I had asked if they were available to take my car now since I was down the street and would otherwise need to find somewhere to park it overnight. They rudely responded "no" and hung up mid-sentence while I was asking them if they knew of another junkyard that was open nearby. They had accused me of trying to sell them a "stolen vehicle" when I complained. This is false (it was my car) and they never inquired about it's ownership status.
