I had a great experience with k&a Auto salvage parts. I called them about my driver side rear passenger tail light. I called them, they said they had it, I drove there,They brought it out when I got there, I paid them, and I installed it, and off I went.
Tonight at 11pm someone in this company tried towing my car outfront of my house in south philadelphia. When I ran out they told me my car was being repossessed by the bank. Funny how my car is fully paid off, When i said this the person took off ripping my bumper off and escaped. The cops are notified its all on camera. This place is run by criminals and they will be in jail. Tomorrow you will be reported to harrisburg yall are disgusting.

Just got my car inspected and put in shop for a paint job and was later told it was towed from the shop went to K&A to get my car and now my car is making noise and needs repairs due to tow truck operator saying he towed it from the rear

However, Anthony was able to give me a couple of suggestions that eventually lead to me locating and obtaining the parts I was looking for. He was very helpful and professional. They gave me a part that was broken I asked him to read this part needed to be on here because the part of mine was on there turns out that piece was for a vacuum and I control my APS I called them and they told me I cannot give you your money back because it was an electrical part
They said I could reclaim my vehicle any day between 9 and 4; however, when I called no one was available. The guy answering the phone was clueless. They charge for storage but I cannot get my car. Avoid at all costs. They profit from your misery. What dirtbags! They damaged my car when towing it, proving what dishonest scumbags they are.
