It was the worst service in the world. The guy was arrogant. He wanted to sell me a part for the same price every one else was selling theirs but his was broken. When I asked to take $5 off he said 50.00. Then he said if I leave and come back it will go up in price . Arrogant sad people
I will never do business with them again. They with the help of Philadelphia police neighborhood services division stole 3 of my cars and tried to say they were abandoned etc even tho I was on seen willing to renew my registration online and or tow my vehicle myself etc.
Their tow truck driver driving a black flatbed almost ran me over. Wouldn't allow me to retrieve my property, tools, clothes , my custom radio, my cars had 20 inch rims etc
When I called to see how much it was to retrieve my 3 vehicles less than two weeks after them being taken the lady that answered the phone told me they "crushed" my cars and it was too late to retrieve them that was Feb 12th when I called they said they crushed and sold my vehicles for parts on the 10th which is my BIRTHDAY!
Then not only that some how my license plate that was still on my car when they took it ended up on another vehicle on Roosevelt boulevard getting speeding tickets in my name! And I could barely even fight the tickets still have a court date on November. I'm really pissed and I've done a lot of business with them.
If I were you I wouldn't support companies with predatory practices
Very bad customer service. I was calling for a rim and was told they would give me a call back in 20 min. Didn’t get a call back so I called back in 45 mins. I asked did they have my rim they said we have several I asked do they have my exact size and lug pattern and was told I have to come in. I explained I’m coming from 2 hours away it don’t make sense for me to come if you’ll don’t have the exact size. Gave my exact size and lug pattern both parties I spoke to on phone was very rude
Steer clear of this place for parts. Absolutely ridiculous they refused to give me a ballpark price over the phone for a few parts that they had in the yard even though I was about 2 hours away. So I decided to drive there to pick the parts up and come to find out the price was absolutely astronomical because he knew I was in need and drove quite a ways to get there. Horrible way to do business. I turned right around and went home as I could have bought a whole other car for the price that he gave me.
Dude in the back for parts wants top dollar for part. Say he doesn't deal with Facebook price. When he posts everything on Facebook waste of time go somewhere else
This place is an absolute joke. The guy doesn't have a clue what parts should cost. He looks on ebay to find the highest price of what ur looking for. U will not get ur parts the day u go there. They want a deposit to pull ur parts but then they're not ready when u arrive. These people do not have any idea how to run a junkyard. I can't think of any place other than online ordering where u don't get what u pay for that day

Bad service!!! Customer service don't know what they doing and they don’t really care actually. Anytime you call ask for a supervisor maybe you will have more chances to receive service. I’ve been waiting for 7 hours for the driver to come. I couldn’t take it anymore. Terrible experience.
This is the spot right here. BIll has the goods. Mint parts. Name the car here probably has a few of them complete. This isn't your average philly salvage yard. Bill takes you back there and shows you what he has. He does charge market price, which is 100% fair, you're also getting quality parts, quality service, and provides you with all the hardware from whatever he's taking off. From newer model years to classic cars from the 60s and up. Love doing business here and is really the only place I come to when I look parts for my personal vehicles

2nd time dealing with this business. Called in and spoke to Billy, he was very professional, he had the part I needed, the price was lower than other places, I paid for the part over the phone, picked the part up a few days later, I installed the part myself and it has been working great! No complaints here would highly recommend. Good job.
This guy is the biggest fraud. He wouldn’t give me a price on a part and waited until we were out in the yard to tell me how much the item would be. Literally watched him look up the part on eBay in his phone and find the most expensive one and charge me just that. Plus I had to remove the part myself. He has a good selection of cars but overcharges on everything. Total rip-off and won’t be coming here again. Stay away!
Staff was very friendly and courteous. I couldn't get a price for what I needed over the phone, not even ballpark. Against my better judgment, I went down anyway, that's my own fault. Got there, they showed me what was available, I was told on the phone if something was partially apart already, I could save some money, there wasn't. I reluctantly agreed to the price he quoted me for the parts, because I had already driven almost an hour to get there, and didn't want to waste the time already invested. Had I been given that price on the phone I would've passed on it. The parts were good though, I would only go back if I knew how much it was going to cost me.
WARNING ! If you purchase parts from this place do not pay this Man until you have all the parts. He is a lying , thieving ,criminal ! He is very friendly and makes you feel right at home wins your trust ! I paid him for parts gave him a week to remove parts gave a deposit.Returned walked into his office before we get your parts let's settle up is what he said. Went to the yard to get parts and he only had half removed.He told come back in another week.I got home I called and he said to me He needs more money for the rest of my parts I said that wasn't the agreement and he I'm losing customers and he hung up.He is a Criminal don't be fooled he will rob you blind !
Maybe the best collection of 80's cars and trucks in the area the only problem is the prices are way to high on most stuff. Do your research before buying used parts some time you save a lot of just buying new parts online.
