My car wouldn’t drive. This family owned business fixed that. My car needed the battery replaced and the brake pads. My car is driving again. The shop was kind, efficient, and they didn’t recommend work that didn’t need to be done or try to mark things up. An honest business is being run here. Highly recommend them for your car needs.

I will let this guy change my air freshener he tore my vehicle up Stihl leaking fluid there's a few things I cannot find that was in the car send it back 3x and it's still not fixed

They held my keys for a week. Never picked up my truck. Then gave them back and told me to go so where else since I couldn't wait for them to pick up the truck. After I waited a week.
I went in for an inspection today--first time at this shop, and I was in and out within a few hours. This has been the *best* mechanic experience I've had in the last few years. Highly, highly recommend!

I brought my car in after my catalytic converter had been stolen. Harold’s worked with my insurance company to cover the cost of the repair. Highest possible recommendation!

Good place to get car serviced. He's honest and well not overcharge by saying things are wrong. As a single woman I have had lots of issues with mechanics. I trust his judgement. Have an older van and he makes sure things far fixed correctly. Highly recommend

It's always good to follow your instincts . My xterra lost power , took it to Harold's . After a FULL diagnostic they found vacuum leaks . Thank you GOD for sending me there . they are the most lazest and unprofessional mechanics you will meet. took my car there they told me i needed a fuel pump pay them for parts in labor get my car back the next day in still had the same problem but they going to tell me they test drove it yeah rite. its so sad because its black owned in they wounder why we take are money other places.
They Suck bad! I was refered to them through a friend only to find out they all are fake mechanics. I went there on my first day to have my Audi looked at only to be told to come next day by lazy worker. Come the next day and leave car and all. I call around 4 pm only to find out they didnt never start because they claim job will take longer than 2days and didnt no if i needed car or not. Was told to come friday morning by the sister who runs front desk. I come friday morning she isnt there and her brother"HAROLLD" Tries to overcharge me a whole other price for my work than what was given. Point being they waisted my time 1 Full week beforz i gave up and went to REAL Mechanic. They SUCK DONT WAIST YOUR TIME
I was new to Philly and needed a mechanic, after scouring reviews on the internet I decided to try Harold's. I could not be happier with the service. He always gets me in quick, the work is excellent, and the prices are great. It is comforting to know that when something goes wrong with my 20 year old car, because it always eventually does, that I have a reliable mechanic in the neighborhood to take care of it.
Harold's used Auto;,is a True Blessing. Problem solved within 24hrs. Family car had more problems than it's worth. I stopped by o August 01, 2018 @4:00pm by August 02, 2018 @4:00pm family car was towed and received a couple of $$$dollars. When nobody else would help- Harold & Lisa, said we can help you out. They r the wrost they sold us a broke car then anit wanna give us our money back it took two weeks to do tht and i only had the car for 10 hours after buying it . they r y black companys dont make it they lied and lied and was trying to make me still pay off the bank loan because they took tht money of top and anit wanna give it back so im still fighting to get it off my credit so i can get a new car somewhere else .and they r so rude plz do not waste ya time here
Great, family owned busniess. They do an excellent job in their services and are very friendly and honest. If you're looking for somewhere that you won't get ripped off, this is the place to go. Most people in the neighborhood have been going there for years, which is a plus.
This is my first time visiting. A friend recommended the shop. I needed my vehicle inspected. I feel that they were thorough and knowledgeable. I will be returning for some additional work needed.
I've been going to Harold's for several years now, since I started working in the neighborhood. The owners are wonderful people-- so friendly and easygoing! They're responsive, thorough, meticulous, trustworthy, and very fairly priced. It's hard to find a car repair outfit that feels so reliable and honest, so I feel lucky to have found them.
I love Harold's Auto, I got my first car from here 2012, and I still have it five years later. This is the only company that worked with me and taught me how to care for a car.
