Lied and said they came for another car but took mine. So many parking violations that would happen and they supposedly took the wrong car. Did not ask for proper verification for me to pick up car anyone could have came and taken it.
I called in for a tow due to a blown tire and a pushed in radiator from hitting a large bump too fast. Within 30 minutes my car was on the bed of the truck, and the tow itself was very well priced compared to rates that I've seen before. Although I didn't plan to end up in a position to have to get my car towed, I'm glad that Ace's did the job.
These guys were good. Called, got a tow quickly; was next. They said 1 hour, about 20 min later they were at my home for the tow.
My car rides low, and they made sure that there was no scraping while loading the truck. They used some wood to make the ramp transition smooth. This impressed me most, especially since my driveway is fairly steep.

Very professional! Where very friendly and on time (early really)! Would highly recommend both for selling old cars to and towing as they were very professional. They also wore masks the entire time to keep everyone safe! I sold my old car to them at a reasonable price with no hassle. For all my parts needs I will be trying their you pick site I learned about during our transaction. Even after the sale I lost the receipt/bill of sale and they were friendly enough to send me a copy of it. Thank you Aces!
