Got a flat tire on 95. I gave them a call and they were professional and give me a 30 min wait time, which was the quickest. PennDot arrived on location before tow could arrive to help me. I gave them a call back and the person who answered the phone thank me for letting them know. I would definitely give them a call again if I ever needed a tow!
The owner of Miles Towing Service came out personally with his partner to help me when my truck broke down on the shoulder of I-95. They arrived quickly, stayed calm, and handled everything safely and professionally. You could tell right away they really know what they’re doing.

When the driver Anthony arrived to tow my vehicle he operated very professionally, answered my questions and he was extremely humble and his service represented the company so well! This guys are awesome, super duper friendly and price is fair. No over charge and scam you for money! They came out super fast, I mean like 15mins. From the phone call to dropping off the car was a pleasure experience with them. I don’t like dealing with tow company, something about dealing with them I don’t like, but these guy made the business experience great. I’m telling ya, this is the place to call first, save their bcard in the future for when you need them!
Called them for my parents and they said they’ll be there in 20-30 minutes. But they came five minutes earlier!!! 10/10 would 100% recommend for anyone if they need a tow truck fast.
Dependable, punctual, friendly, reasonably priced, helpful. Ralph helped me get my car to a mechanic 7 miles away, after a massive coolant leak occurred. It took me 3 hours to get a tow, as most places tell you to give them an hour, but they never show up at all. Ralph, OTOH, said he would pick up my car in a half hour, and guess what: he did! No problems at all, safe driving, no-issues drop-off, even allowed me in the truck cab for the trip, so I could have a word with my mechanic. All I could ask for from a towing provider. 5 star service I contacted Miles Towing today after being disappointed by AAA. The driver was so pleasant, respectful and was helpful with working with my Mom to get the car out of the spot to the tow truck. I would definitely use Miles Towing again.

I called them because I wasn’t sure if my battery was dead or I needed a tow to my mechanic . Miles was very nice and offered to either jumó it or tow it and only charge me for one service! Nick the tow guy was very nice and helpful got me up and running quickly. I highly recommend them.

I started the morning calling AAA for help and after waiting over an hour they show up to tell me that they won’t tow my deceased brothers car for repair. I spoke to about 5 people who all assured me there wouldn’t be a problem, long story short I cancelled AAA and have a Miles towing card in my wallet. Nick was courteous, understanding, fast, and helpful making a horrible situation much easier. Would recommend to anyone!
