Life savers. Great company. Reasonable towing rates and fast. Had an emergency on Christmas Eve evening and BBLB met me within the hour and got my car towed away safely and without incidents. Couldn't recommend them any more.
I wish I could give 10 stars! Big Brother Little Brother not only came out on Christmas Eve to tow my car but was also there in less than 30 minutes and communicated with me through out the entire process. Also charged a fair price for the tow!
My tire randomly went flying off my vehicle and Lou was the quickest to get out to me. He checked that I was okay and then helped me get my vehicle back home, without it costing a leg and arm. It’s the best priced towing around. The company runs very efficiently and everyone I dealt in the process with was very personable. I will be recommending!

I quoted several tow companies to have my Camaro towed almost 30 miles and BBLB had the best price hands down! The truck driver Lou was so nice and he was on time and handled everything perfectly. His communication with me was A+++!! In past experiences with tow trucks, I was always extremely over charged and always had to wait hours for them to arrive. Not Lou, he was there when he said he was going to be, did not having me waiting at all. We called BBLB for junk removal service. They were very prompt with coming out to our location and giving us an estimate even though it was a national holiday. BBLB gave us a reasonable pricing on the junk removal. They were on time the next day and provided very clean service. I would hire them again for junk removal.
I initially had a great conversation with James, who worked out rates and details. I decided to do a little more shopping before making a final decision. I called back the very next day to book this company and spoke to Stacey and that went great as well until I asked about how damages are handles and if they were insured! I was informed they hadn't damaged anything in a while and they do have ins... okay great, I'm all scheduled to move. Well don't I get a call back in 10 minutes and they tell me they cannot move me since they didn't put the stuff in there and it might have damages! So they basically back out on the move because I inquired about insurance and before assessing the unit...something is wrong with that. I am not attempting to scam this company just trying to give you business. And they way this situation has been handled I am glad you raised the RED FLAG on yourselves!

This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had! The movers were efficient, on time, and extremely careful. I never had to lift a finger! I would recommend Big Brother to anybody who is moving.
This company was horrible. James the owner of the company said the movers would arrive at 1pm. They never showed up and didn't answer my calls. I used big brother in the past for towing. I was shocked that James didn't return my calls nor did his mover.

I saw the response from big brother today and it was filled with false information which further confirms low morale. I have used this towing company several times and recieved discounts. I was never towed for free. If you know James like I do you know he is about his paper. First and foremost James losing 1 loyal customer is one too many. Second, the customer is ALWAYS right and 3rd if anything goes wrong just apologize for any inconvenience you or your staff may have caused the customer. I texted you and you never responded to my text and I told you that was bad business. I used this company because it was black owned and I believe in supporting black business and my community. No luck needed on my move everything happens for a reason. Customer service skills are lacking with your moving company. Just step your game up and dont make the same mistakes instead of trying to blame a loyal customer for you and your staffs inability to meet certain expectations and standards
Found this moving company on Yelp to assist me and my boyfriend move to a new apartment (1 br to 1 br in Philadelphia). We called the day before the move and they were able to accommodate us. They sent two movers who were on time, fast, and efficient. I never had movers help me move before and will never move without them again! The process was easy, the men were polite and very strong. They worked so hard and didn't waste any time at all. The "boss" came by about halfway through to check on the progress and greet us, which was nice. Absolutely nothing was broke, scratched, or lost. I do my best to support BOBs and they didn't let me down. I highly recommend this company if you are moving anywhere in the Philadelphia area!
