Had a very large piece of equipment that needed towed long distance, they did a wonderful job and was extremely helpful in getting it done. Would highly recommend!

Rick helped Sat afternoon. Our car broke an axle and needed a traditional tow truck to take it to get fixed (flatbed tow) wouldn't work. He was fast, professional and funny. Great guy! Couldn't have asked for a better person during a very stressful experience.
This company towed my friend’s car while it was getting worked on & messed it up in the midst. She tried to talk to the owner he denied everything & was incredibly rude. He also hung up on her & told her to get a lawyer. Do business with this company at your peril.
If I could give a negative 10 review I WOULD!! Extremely terrible company, owner is very disrespectful, customer service is completely terrible. There is no need to talk to the owner because he will try to dismiss you and will not give you any help to resolve the issue. BEST TO CALL YOUR LAWYER TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED!! AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
I don't think there is anything negative about this company that you can say. Unfortunately I was switching jobs and had to move my baby (tool box) and I gave them a call since alot of companies don't move tool boxes anymore and was expecting the same run around but the dispatcher on duty at the time said that wouldn't be a problem and they could handle it, sorry I forget his name but he was in touch with me the whole time nd updated me throughout the morning on when the truck would arrive. Danny showed up and took great care of my box and handled it like it was his own. Couldn't have asked for better service from beginning to end, would definitely recommend South Philly Towing for all your towing needs
Hollywood came very fast, he was very professional , wonderful customer service and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and Very positive attitude. 10/10 Definitely recommend
Miguel saw us struggling with a flat tire on the side of the road and appeared like an actual angel to help after we had completely useless interactions with Progressive and AAA. He offered us really helpful advice and a variety of options that allowed us to make the best choice for our situation.
I was crossing the street with my 11-month-old daughter and one of the tow trucks ran a red light speeding very quickly and almost hit us. I called to complain and they said they had one guy out today and that they don't think he was in a the tow truck I described but that they would look into it. It's sped by so quick so I didn't get a good look at it to be able to get a license plate or a good description but I know for sure it had South Philly towing on the side. Incredibly unsafe. I am so glad me and my daughter are okay. Do better.
ETA: proof that I called and spoke with someone since you're trying to say there's no record of it...funny thing is I'm pretty sure I spoke with someone named Mike. You got me off the phone pretty quickly and didn't seem very concerned about my experience.
My truck broke down in a three-story parking garage last night. MIGUEL came to my rescue and was almost surgical with maneuvering a suburban out of a very low parking garage polite personable did a great job.
Called another towing place at 8:11am. Waiting until 9am before calling south Philly Towing. They gave me an estimated time of 30 mins. Hollywood the tow truck driver was there in 20 minutes. Word can’t describe how much of a stress reliever it was to not be stuck on Kelly drive lol.
Told me half n hour and they pulled up in 10min and got me where I needed to go. Nice and clean truck professional and a smooth ride. Hollywood is a great guy very professional and took care of business. Thank you for a good service. Highly recommend.

The driver was really nice and made my wife feel at ease and a little less stressed out about our situation. He also some how got our car started after we had tried multiple ways ALL morning for like four hours or more. So they are definitely the place to go with and they drive to jersey too and not a bad price tolls included and all i highly recommend!
Wow! I was stuck at 2am with a busted axle & South Philly Tow driver Rick shows up fast outta nowhere !! Picks up my pick up truck like it’s a toy & ready to go in minutes! My daughter had her car vandalized and left undrivable in Philly. Two failed attempts to have it towed by AAA. One refused to tow w/o a police report... Oh did I mention she waited 5 hours in the cold for cops to come to get a report so she could try again to have it towed...they never came... finally got a police report the next day by going to the police station in person... the 2nd AAA tower came and when they arrived informed my daughter that they couldn't tow it because they would need a wheel lift. The situation and location of the car had been detailed to them. My daughter's car was parallel parked between 2 cars and the wheel was locked... I luckily found and called South Philly Towing. They answered their phone immediately. I explained the status of the car. They didn't hesitate to tell me they would be able to tow it, no problem. The came quickly and were able to remove her car from it's tight parking space. Being a Sunday, the destination lot was found to be locked and inaccessible ... so South Philly Towing took it to their lot so it would be in a secured location and without extra charge towed it to the destination lot the next day. Grateful, for their quick response and very appreciative of their professional and friendly service. HIGHLY recommend. If you ever need your vehicle towed in PHILLY don't waste your time with calling the cops or AAA or any other towing service; just call South Philly Towing, you will be glad you did!!!
TOP NOTCH! These guys basically rescued me out of a parking garage in the middle of the city. They did whatever it took to to change my tire in a very tight spot. Super nice, fast and reasonably priced! 1000000% recommend!

Thieves, This tow company and tow truck drivers stole my car from a property. They did not have an agreement or a contract with then once they got my car, went inside my car and stole my narcotic medicine.
I had my tires and wheels stolen, waited 4 hours for my insurance to come pick my car up. Called Mike and South Philly Towing and he got there in within an hour, he was extremely friendly and explained the process. In about 30 minutes he got my car off the ground safely without any further damage. Great service and even better people! Highly recommend

South Philly Towing was wonderful! I was on my way to a Phillies game when my left front tire hit a nail and flattened. Al on the phone was great and he put me at ease. Paul arrived at my location in less than an hour and was prepared to change the tire. Turns out my battery ended up dying so I had to get a tow. They towed my vehicle to West Chester for me and Paul, our technician was so kind and had a great sense of humor. I definitely recommend them!
All 4 tires of my car were stolen and it was extremely difficult to find a towing company to take my car to the dealership. Albert was extremely nice over the phone, professional and helpful. His cousin did the towing, he was extremely nice, knew what he was doing and my car was transported safely. I would highly recommend these guys.
South philly towing did a great job with my boat and trailer that had a complete wheel failure. They were easy to communicate with and took great care of my boat and trailer. This was not an easy job and they pulled it off
So I’m headed to Philly on a Friday night. I was 10mins away from my exit when a cluster of potholes caused my front right (passenger side) tire to get a flat and then pop. Terrifying!!!! I head over to the left to get off of the highway and on to the shoulder. To my right, cars a ZOOMING by in the fast lane. I call my insurance company immediately! They had me on hold for soooOoOooOo long and took forever to find me a local tow truck company. After getting feed up, I did some Google’s of my own and called a few places. A lot of the companies said that I “was in a dangerous location" and "it would take a while to find someone to service me”. Mind you, my flat tire is facing the express lane so unless the company had equipment to block off the lane, I was pretty much on my own. After 2 hours of searching, I finally called South Philly Towing and there was NO long explanation…. someone was sent RIGHT away! Mike showed up and quickly towed me off of the highway and into a nearby parking lot to safely change my tire. He realized that my back tire on the right had a nail in it… most likely from the debris on the shoulder. He used something (I forget what it was called) but it fixed the air leak and I was back on the road again. I can’t thank Mike enough for his amazing service! That was the first time I had ever caught a flat. Can’t believe my insurance company let me down and I had to find answers on my own…… Thanks again Mike for going above and beyond!
