It took some work but I did eventually get the price I wanted for my vehicle, after that they were ontop of getting back to me and making sure their driver showed up and everything happened as it was supposed to.
My wife's Toyota was 15 years old and the key fob went through the washing machine. Even though the key didn't work, they made a decent offer for the car, sent a flatbed to pick it up and the tow truck driver handed me the check. No hassles! All I had to do was get the title notarized.
Unbelievable. I still can't believe they towed my used clunker away and gave me $ plus paid for the title transfer and tow. All I did was make a phone call.

I chatted with their office, received a quote and set up a window of time for my car to be picked up. The driver showed up without the cash. He said he'd be back that afternoon but he didn't show up. I called the office, and they basically told me to stay by the phone in case the tow truck driver comes that evening and if he didn't, to call back before they close for the day. In a shocking turn of events, the driver didn't show and when I called the office like I was directed to, no one answered even though they were still open. I decided to call other cash for cars businesses and gave up trying to deal with this office. I don't recommend.
It was a pleasure doing business with Robert! He updated me on everything, worked hard on getting me the best rate possible and followed up after the car was picked up. I would totally recommend the company to anyone selling a car for cash!

I am so glad I found this company! Top notch service from start to finish. My reliable old car suddenly needed a new engine, so it was time to say goodbye. Local large car buying companies made an offer not worth the tow to get it to them, local junkers declined a car needing a new engine. These people were prepared to buy no matter what! I called and reached Brielle, who turned out to be my concierge through the whole experience! She asked specific questions to ensure I received the best quote, walked me through the process start to finish—it was so easy!—and made sure all those involved kept to the timeline. Well, my offer was twice what I was quoted by the other guys! I was thrilled! The tow driver was personable and professional—made sure I get everything from my car—even my toll tag, license plate, and hidden sunglasses I had forgotten! He handed me my check, took my keys and title and that was that!

Pretty simple process. In fact, it is so simple that you’d find yourself wondering how legitimate this service really is. For me, it was the call in the morning first thing and pick up by 2 pm. Ok so it’s really grand to know I’ve been given the red carpet as I’m sure not all occurrences will foster such an easy transition BUT with all that said “you won’t be disappointed !”
Very helpful, got back to me quickly. The local tower was late and the people at WBC checked in with me several times throughout the day to make sure he got there. He was a miracle worker - I couldn't believe he was able to get the car out. WBC was very professional and helpful throughout. Absolutely would recommend or use again.

Easy to deal with. The tow truck driver knew what he was doing, was in and out pretty fast. Not sure if getting rid of a car could of been much easier.
