Is a Asian guy in there that did not want to serve me and he was acting like he was racist. I've been in this neighborhood for 30 years how you going to work in my neighborhood a black community and act like you don't want to serve blacks
Rude staff.lied on the phone about having the parts. The one guy has been nonchalant on multiple occasions. I get it I need the part. I'm looking for a service you provide. Not your attitude. Sure I'll go elsewhere and you'll still be in business. No need to be that way to the people that pay your bills.
Very kind and helpful staff -- went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed that day. I would definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need something again.
Bought a replacement engine for my car, despite having very low miles on all of them they all had blown head gaskets, tried 3 times with 3 different engines with only 80k miles on all of them, they do not test any of their engines to ensure they have no issues. Just gonna replace the head gaskets on this 3rd one and never go back to them again ever for any used parts.

Just called to see about a vehicle that was still showing on multiple websites as available. Right after asking if they had it, the individual who answered just kept saying "No, No, No" and slammed the phone on the receiver to end the call. Highly rude. Guess you better make sure your question is worth their time before you call?
This place is big time Rip offs they sell you wrong parts to most of customers on purpose , and obviously customer will come back then they won’t give you your money back but damn store credit . Never recommended.
He fixed what he diagnosed and knows his stuff men take him for his straight to the point approach, women not so much as they like to he handled with empathy gloves and with care.His thing this is the cost, you want me to do it otherwise other charge this much but I am affordable.

I was in need for a tailgate door automatic lock actuator. The guy at the front desk quickly helped me find the.very right part I needed for my minivan. The price was moderate, meaning: inexpensive; and it was paid in cash only. I wish they were able to accept a credit card payment, so that I could buy some more items I also needed without having to.look for an ATM around the neighbourhood
When i first enter the building, the first guy i met was extreamly rude and disrespectful to me. It didn't bother me because I was there to get parts for my car. He was acting like he didn't wanted to be at work. There were another guy there who ended up dealing with me the right way.
