If I can getting 0 starts I would customer service sucks . Will sale you parts that don't work with no refund . Will rip you off . Brought part there had to wait paid 150 for part and took it to the mechanic only for part not to work so am out of 500 dollars please please please don't waste or time or money on the place. And it's in a dangerous neighborhood
Been dealing with Gary and his crew for years. Trustworthy and he can always find you hard to find parts. I’ve never got a part from them and I had to return it.
This is the greatest place to get all you used auto parts (some parts new). I've been going for over 20 years . If they don't have it, they will call around to get it. Your first and last stop.
Rude customer service. They treat women differently. I went to get a specific part, they told me it’s not for my car, and they don’t have it…..just ridiculous, just say you don’t have the part, little did they know I work for a car dealership and just needed an out of stock item. Just rude!!!
This place is horrible, I had them deliver to our auto store and they charged me a delivery fee after they said it was free. It turned out to be the wrong part and they said they would come back and give me the correct part. After 2 weeks of non stop lies about them saying they will come back, I called them again and they said they don’t know what I’m talking about and hung up on me. I called them again and replayed the audio conversation of them saying they would come back and give me the correct item and they hung up on me again. (All of our phone lines are recorded) they are crooks and Iiars, even with a audio conversation recording, they still just don’t care. Be warned about these people and there customer and work practice. Don’t buy from these jerks.
Part given was wrong. Replaced with wrong part again and wouldnt return. I Never left the building refused a refund. Also changed price when I arrived to pick up. Crooks
So far so good. I called yesterday and I needed an altenator. They didn't have it in stock so they told me they'd have it today at 4:30pm. They called me at 9:30am and told me they have it. So I'm installing it tomorrow and hopefully all is well. If not, they gave a 90-day guarantee. Thank you for the fast work!!
My husbamd called several auto part places and by far this one was the best. Gary was great and so helpful with finding the part we needed after an exhaustive search. It was so easy when we got there to get the part and they put it right in our truck for us and assured us it was the correct part and if it didn't work said we'd get it worked out. Our car is now fixed and we are very pleased! Thanks Karr Parts!

I will never again buy anything from these people...First they ordered the wrong part, Then once I got the right part. It still didnt work. At this point frustrated as i was called to see if I can return the part they told me no...Now I am out $70 they should let customers no of there refund policy I don't think its fair I cannot get my money back..I will recommend this place to no one!!!!!!
